A contemporay three bedroom apartment with access to a communal pool,  located in the well known Urbanisation of Aljamar, close to Burriana beach. Accomodation is bright, with three good sized bedrooms and one bathroom. The living accomodation is open plan, with lounge and dining area as well as fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors open to the west facing private terrace. Air conditioning and WIFI included in the rental price.



The property is approached via some wide external steps. Built on one level the apartment offers comfortable accomodation. The furnishings are contemporary and the colour scheme throughout light and bright. Three double bedrooms and one family bathroom, as well as a large open plan lounge / dining room with fully equipped kitchen. A west facing terrace with garden table and chairs offer views over the Eastern side of Nerja. The communal pool is a couple of minutes walk from the property.
