This luxury frontline two bedroom apartment is located on Burriana beach. Fantastic views to the beach and promenade from the large south facing 70m2 private terrace. The property has a contemporay feel and is furnished to a high standard. WIFI and Air conditioning is included in the rental price.

Access is via a private entrance gate via a couple of steps. The property is built on one level, comprising two modern bedrooms, on large family bathroom and an open plan lounge/ dining room with kitchen. Sliding doors open onto the large south facing terrace with dining chairs, BBQ ourside kitchen area and comfortable sofas. An ideal place to watch people on the promenade and beach whilst enjoying a cool drink.

Large dining table and chairs, large corner sofa with low table, large parasol, extendable awning and glass side sliding windows, charcoal BBQ, washing machine, two sun loungers
