Only few minutes to the Balcón de Europa! Just 300m from the famous Balcón de Europa and the beaches of Nerja. Apartment located on the first floor of a house composed of ground floor and first floor. Two large private terraces above the apartment with barbecue. Livingroom with terrace, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi OPTICAL FIBER 60MB GRATIS, air conditioning, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. A double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, bathroom with large shower. Are also provided chairs for the beach (for two people), sun umbrella, beach towels (one per person with weekly change), a shopping cart and welcome pack. Payment’s parking or free on nearby streets. Pets are allowed upon request. The famous street Calle Pintada with bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets is only 100m far. Supermarket within walking distance.

My husband and I were due to stay in Antonella's apartment in March. As we booked late we had to pay the total amount of money up front. It was non refundable. However with the unset of the Corona virus we had to cancel our holiday. Without asking, Antonella arranged for the full amount to be returned to our account. She was lovely to deal with and kept in contact with us constantly. I will definitely rebook the apartment when life returns to normal. Thanks you so much Antonella for your kindness.

Having just returned from our 12 day stay, I must say this the best and most equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. Antonella has thought of everything to make your stay pleasurable, it's like home from home, we would highly recommend, we will be looking to return in the future. The property is close to all the restaurants/bars, a couple of mini supermarkets are only 100 mtrs away, a larger one is approx 300 mtrs. While we enjoyed our stay, I would not go again to Nerja in August, due to amount of people swelling the town, narrow streets with small pavements means getting around at night is very difficult, having said that Nerja is very beautiful and well worth a visit.

We have just had a great holiday in this excellent accommodation. The location could not have been better as it was minutes from shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was huge, spotless and very well equipped. Little extras like shopping trolley, umbrellas, beach towels, barbecue, adapter plugs to name but a few, really make this standout as a home from home. Everything appears fresh and new and exceptionally clean. I found the beds to be very comfortable and the shutter blinds and air conditioning were a godsend. It was obvious that this accommodation is fully licensed and meets the new safety standards. The booking process and checkin was official, efficient and friendly. The decor was superior and it was obvious that a lot of thought went into making this home pretty and comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable and the tv had a good selection of English channels. I highly recommend this apartment for business and holiday travellers. Antonella was a lovely host and meet us at the apartment which was great as we did not have to go to another location for keys.

How do damage deposits work?
