Beautiful light, bright apartment, with private pool. Completely redecorated and refreshed for 2021. Enhanced covid cleaning to ensure your safety. You will be able to isolate as much as you wish to with complete privacy, whilst still having village amenities onsite and town amenities close by. Living dining area and separate raised sleeping area with double bed. Wake up to a view of your patio and private pool! Modern studio/1 bed apartment, beautifully finished with pool and air con. Comfy sofa bed in living room if accommodating 2 single guests. Flat screen TV, FREE wifi and satellite TV channels.Fully fitted kitchen with coffee machine and drop-leaf table should you wish to eat in. Modern shower room, with corner shower unit. Outside area includes BBQ, patio with table, chairs and parasol, pool, external solar shower, li-lo, sun lounger and reclining chairs. Great location in the immaculately kept Capistrano Village. Short walk to the facilities of the village, including 2 beautiful pools for residents with childrens paddling pool, well stocked mini supermarket, restaurant, poolside bar and Cave bar, open til late. On street parking, 2 minutes walk from the property. Under 5 mins drive / 20 minutes walk to blue flag Burriana beach, with an abundance of restaurants on the beach and all the facilities you need. Summer activities include jet skiing, pedalos etc. Beach chairs and a beach parasol are available at the apartment for you to use. Please be aware if not hiring a car that you have a downhill walk there, but a steep uphill walk back. A number of other beautiful beaches access from Nerja town centre, a bus runs from the village to the centre, the bus stop being 3 minutes walk away from the apartment. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with restricted mobility as it is accessed via quite steep steps. Although the apartment could accommodate a couple with a baby or one small child, the pool is deep and does not have a childrens section, therefore constant supervision would be required around the pool area and access with a pushchair is not straight forward.

Getting around

A bus line goes through Capistrano village, just a few minutes away. We prefer getting round with the car, parking is free however can be very busy in peak season! Walking to the village is only 25 minutes, in the evening this is lovely, plenty of taxi's to take you back up (for less than 7 Euro!).

Interaction with guest

When you book the apartment, we will not be in Nerja to ensure you have full privacy to enjoy your holiday. You will be able to reach us via phone and the platform messages. We do have a property manager in Nerja, she will ensure all is up to standard and will act as emergency contact,

House rules

Strictly NO smoking, please use outside terrace. Strictly NO pets. Property is MAX 2 adults. Capistrano is residential with no noise policy after 10pm, therefore noise must be minimum in evening and no parties. Strictly NO glassware outside near the pool area, plastic is provided. Please clean BBQ after use. Please turn aircon off and lock up property when going out and when leaving. Please leave the apartment as you find it so that we can maintain a beautiful place for you and future guests.

“A true find in this lovely apartment”

A beautiful compact and bijou apartment in El Capistrano Village area. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a holiday in Nerja. The pool area like the accommodation is extremely well looked. I had initial teething problems with wifi that was my error however the owners agent was very quick to respond and sort it for me. We didn't have a car however that didn't stop us venturing down to Burriana beach with its lovely eateries and pleasant friendly atmosphere. We also walked into Neja town a few nights and despite being a 20 minute walk it was very pleasant one. A few days into our stay the owner contacted me to ensure all was well and I'm happy to say I would highly recommend this property. Oh and the cleanliness of the apartment was first class.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Shona (the owner) a message.

If Shona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
