From the owner

A recently refurbished detached villa in an imposing, yet quiet, location in the principal Capistrano development of El Capistrano Village. There is car parking immediately outside the villa, and the communal swimming pools, restaurant, bar and shop are a few minutes' walk away.

This property has been totally refitted to a high standard with new furniture and brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The villa has a large open-plan living area with fully-fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), which leads onto a large sun terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a portable BBQ, and from there, steps take you down to the private garden. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a shower room with WC.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which also share a terrace which is furnished with comfy chairs and a table. The bedrooms share a spacious shower room.

In addition to the large sun terrace overlooking the secluded garden, this property – whose name means 'hill of the sprite' – also benefits from a huge roof terrace giving day-long sun, together with magnificent views of the mountains that dominate this most beautiful stretch of coast. Please note that the roof terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the upstairs terrace.

There are air-conditioning units (cooling/heating) in the two upstairs bedrooms and in the kitchen/living area. Use of the air-conditioning is included in the price in July and August and at other times there is a £20 per week extra charge if it is required.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Juliet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
