Description

La Roca Rara was designed and build in the style of The Alhambra Palace.

The villa is completely secluded with its own private access road. The accommodation comprises 1,000 sq metres of space all on one level. With its huge reception area and landscaped grounds La Roca Rara is perfect for large families, group holidays, conferences, weddings and other special occasions.

The swimming pool is situated in the centre of the villa and is heated if requested. There is a floodlit tennis court, sauna and table tennis table.

The property sleeps 18 people comfortably with room for more if required and offers the privacy that can be expected of a an exclusive boutique hotel.

The villa's seven spacious en-suite bedrooms including an elegant master suite feature fireplace and air- conditioning. five of the bedrooms open onto private courtyards leading to landscaped gardens.

All of the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated to the latest contemporary style and modern specification.

Please note that two of the bedrooms are interlinked, however the rest are all individual with access via the pool area, we can provide stairgates for the bedrooms for child safety.

Maid service, car transfers and catering as well as other additional services can be provided by our House Manager.

Getting around

We do recommend that you hire a car. The nearest supermarkets are a 5 minute drive. The beach and town centre are a 10 minute drive. Taxis are very easy to hire and cost approx 10 euros into Nerja town centre.

We have our own House Manager who lives on site (in a separate apartment beneath the villa). He is on hand for any help and advice. Can give you recommendations, arrange cooks, extra cleaning, transport and day trips if required.
