This property has all the ingredients of LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION as Edificio Hawaii (the apartment block) is situated in one of the most convenient and popular zones and is in easy comfortable walking distance to Burriana Beach and Nerja Town Centre. Our semi detached apartment has been refurbished recently and the upgrading has resulted in our apartment 28D being probably one of the best in the whole of the block. Another unique point about this apartment is that it is south facing with the terrace enjoying the sun from early morning to late and which looks towards the sea. Even in winter this apartment is popular because of the south facing receiving the sun from Nerja's tropical all year round climate. Being a keen gardener I particularly like this block as the porter and his wife (who actually live above our apartment) maintain the beautifully kept gardens surrounding the front, the large community swimming pool, the block entrance and the back cliff. This couple are very particular about cleanliness and security. The photos attached show the very modern and fully equipped American style kitchen incorporated into the recently extended lounge/dining area. for sitting watching TV (includig UK channels) and also the dining area is equipped with dining table and 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes and the second has two single beds and also a built in wardrobe. The radiators for winter use are stored in these wardrobes. The photo shot of the bathroom shows it is fully equipped and also includes the washing machine. Car parking is at a premium in this zone and another unique point is that there is ample car parking available too although I have to say many of our guests do not use a car because of the easy location access to the beach and the town centre and nearby Spanish supermarkets Supersol and Mercadona are accessed by the short walk through a locked gate and through palm trees at the back cliff of the apartment block. the swimming pool (open early summer to end of October) is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The quotation is provided in Euros. Just a word about smoking - we do not encourage this in any of the properties and would ask you in the interest of all our guests only to smoke on the outside terraces. The TV is new and we have recently installed a system so tht you can vew tv channels from the UK and other european countries. The TV has HDMI and Scart ports and a USB port which will enable you to play your own music, films and photos so it may be a good idea to bring your storage pen with you. We do have four other properties advertised on this website. They are as follows .. All have WIFI Free of charge and TVs offering a full range of TV channels. if you are seeking an apartment close to the beach, supermarkets and centre of town and yet in a fairly private zone then this apartment is very suitable for you. The centre of Nerja is very safe for pedestrians too with centre bollards protecting the pedestrians from unauthorised traffic - national and local police are noticeable visible too.

Getting around

A car is not a "must" when renting this apartment. Howeverr if you do have a car then there are limited car parking spaces in front of the Edificio and in the road. There is also a dedicated car parking zone behind the swimming pool. If you do not have a car then there is no problem as we can provide help with booking our regular local taxi driver team (Miguel or his son Javier) to assist you from and to the airport anbd eing centrally situated there is a short comfortable walk to the beach and the centre of town.

Interaction with guest

At the commencement of your enquiry we will aim to rspond within 24 hours European time. My husband and I are the direct owners and as administrator I should be able to answer most questions. We would urge an early decision - our properties are in great locations and are very popular. Once you have paid your deposit I will commence our internal confirmation which we are required to do by Andalucian law and I will be able to let you know the information required. We can offer to make the taxi airport transfers or put you in touch with Pablo for car hire. On payment of the balance we shall then be able to exchange communication details. On your arrival day if it is late you will be able to access the property using the keylock safe.

Please only smoke outside not inside.You can access the property at any time and we shall do our very best to allow you to continue to be at the property until you need to leave especially if you have a late flight. However if guests leave and arrive on the same day we will do our best to accommodate departure but have to consider cleaning time in which case the time to leave is 10 am.

Do not play excessively loud music inside or outside the property.

“Relaxing 3 weeks in the sun”

My family and I had a lovely 3 week stay at Hawaii apartments in Nerja, Costa del Sol. Communications with the owner prior to our stay were helpful and friendly. They met us on arrival and told us about the resort, giving recommendations and useful advice. The accommodation suited us perfectly and the kids loved being in the pool. Other residents/guests at the Hawaii apartment complex were very friendly too. The apartment is up quite a steep bank which might not be ideal for some people. However, it meant that there are fabulous views from the balcony. We will definitely return in the future.

“Delightful stay in Apartment 28D near Burriana Beach”

Apartment 28D had everything required for the family to enjoy the beautiful town of Nerja. Ideally located to the beach and a stone's throw away from the supermarket. From the moment we made our booking everything ran smoothly. Marion and Felipe directed us right to the door. What wonderful hosts! This is our second time traveling to Nerja and we will be back. Thank you and "hasta que nos volvamos a ver".
