Located in the heart of Nerja, this beachfront villa is on the street Capitán Hernando de Carabeo. This is a traditional fisherman’s street that still feels like a typical Andalusian town. It’s only 5 minutes walking distance from the Balcon de Europa and the central town square.

With magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea from the garden, there is access to the Carabeo Beach right next to the villa.

Our ten day holiday with my husband, sister and brother in law was fantastic. Staying in this beautiful villa with views of the Mediterranean was spectacular. The villa was clean and spacious. Immaculata was very friendly and helpful. I'd just like to mention that there are only two sunbeds which we took in turns using however there are plenty of chairs. We would love to return again in the not to distant future

From the moment we met the lovely Inmaculata to stepping beyond the blue door (now painted grey) we had an amazing time. The villa is so spacious and generous in every way with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to a large cobbled terrace that overlooks the beach. We spent hours sitting on the terrace sipping G&T's listening to the ocean and whilst the old town of Nerja is quite beautiful, we always loved to come back to our terrace, to breath in the vista. There is an outside shower on the terrace which was an absolute treat as you can shower whilst drinking in the view but yet it is totally private... The villa is a 2 minute walk from the Balcon de Europa and there are wonderful restaurants close by. Ana the host was extremely helpful and it was such a pleasure to stay in her home, thank you so much Ana. We hope to be back!

“Villa in nerja”

We loved the Villa. We stayed there with our family of five adults and one child. The Villa was spacious, clean, very well stocked with everything we needed. It was a very beautiful white washed house with a large patio right above the beach which we frequented daily. You could see the beach and the sea and hear the waves every day and night which was really lovely. The location of the villa was ideal. A few steps from access to the beach on a relatively quiet vehicle free street and very very close to town and restaurants. We will definitely rent this villa again. Our family had a wonderful and memorable holiday there!

Zugegeben, die Costa del Sol hat durch Menschenhand an Zauber vehement einbüßen müssen. Das Städtchen Nerja bleibt inmitten der architektonischen Verheerungen entlang der spanischen Küste eine angenehme Ausnahme. Zumal im Ortszentrum und dort ganz besonders in der Straße Hernando Carabeo. Diese Straße liegt direkt parallel zum Mittelmeer und offeriert geballten andalusischen Charme. Unscheinbar hinter einer alten grünen Holztür befindet sich die Casa Antigua der Carabeo Villas. Diese grüne Tür führt direkt ins Paradies. Ein Haus mit sehr künstlerischer Note, in einem Mix aus altem und neuem Gemäuer, mit riesigem Patio, Kamin, traumhaften Schlafplätzen. Das Haus ist weder übertrieben luxuriös, noch auf dem allerneuesten Stand, aber es ist ein kleiner Traum. Denn zu der einmaligen Architektur kommt vor allem eins: der schönste Blick auf die kleine Bucht Carabeo und das Mittelmeer, den man sich überhaupt vorstellen kann. So schläft und lebt man dort mit dem Meeresrauschen und wer ins gemütliche urbane Leben Nerjas eintauchen möchte, braucht die grüne Tür nur zu öffnen und ist schon mittendrin, im liebenswerten Leben Andalusiens. Eine Ferienunterkunft, wie man sie so schnell nirgendwo finden wird.

The Old Villa is located in the heart of Nerja, on the street Hernando Carabeo. The old, narrow street with Andalucian feeling leads directly to the main square and Balcon de Europa. The large terraces of the Old Villa open to a beautiful panoramic sea view: in addition to the Mediterranean you can see Balcon de Europa. Playa Carabeo is just above, a few steps round the corner. The villa is very well designed with immaculate, modern kitchen, a living room wih a fireplace and three bedrooms with bathrooms. It was clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly. The panoramic sea view is wonderful for adults and families with older children. There is no taller fence between the terraces and the cliff. For us, with older children, it was a dream villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
