Just a short walk away are shops, bars, tennis club and restaurants. The beautiful old town of Nerja has an authentic Spanish feel, you can enjoy choosing from several hundred restaurants to eat in. Very good road links make this a good choice as a touring base to visit Granada, Cordoba, Seville and Gibraltar. There are also many small white towns and quiet unspoiled beaches within a short drive.You can rent this house as either a 2 bed for 4 people or 3 bed for 6. No smoking property.

The interior is bright and spacious with whitewashed walls and tiled floors. There is a large lounge with french windows leading to the private back garden. There is a well fitted kitchen with fan oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and a large range of utensils,with views to garden and pool area. There ia groundfloor cloakroom. Upstairs are 2 double (twin beds) bedrooms with spacious fitted wardrobes and a bethroom with bath, shower wc and basin. Steps lead up to the private roof terrace with spectacular views across Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea.Downstairs from the ground floor is a separate studio apartment with twin beds, shoer room and kitchen, this is not let separately but gives you the choice of renting either as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom property.New LG flat screen tv, we have all BBC/ITV/Sky Sports Channels and dvd player.

The private back garden is a quiet sun trap equipped with dining table,chairs and sun loungers. The roof terrace has sunloungers and again is a suntrap with spectacular views. Just step outside the front door to the beautiful communal gardens and pool. This is a very quiet setting with beautiful views. Both first floor bedrooms have balconies- front bedroom has pool and mountain views, rear bedroom garden views.Jardines de Nerja is a small select and secure setting with private gated access, ideal for a family holiday. There is ample carparking space in the private carparking area.

Easily reached by dual carriageway road from Malaga Nerja is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday set in beautiful and historic Andalucia. Just relax in the beautiful gardens and pool at Jardines De Nerja or use it as a base for walking holidays or to visit the numerous historic towns including Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Ronda. Visit white towns such as Frigiliana, Competa and Mijas.You can also visit more cosmopolitan locations including Marbella, Puero Banus and Malaga with the new Picasso Museum, all have excellent shopping.

Nerja

Within a short walk of Jardines De Nerja are bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and tennis club. Within 2 kms is the beautiful town cente on Nerja with hundreds of restaurants and bars, the Balcon De Europe and many shops including a large Tuesday Market. The town has a lovely authentic Spanish atmoshere with many narrow streets, pedestrianised main centre area. Also within 2 kms are the Caves of Nerja and Maro.If you do not have a car a regular town bus service passes the entrance, you can use Jardines De Nerja as base for many walks. The house has much local information and guidebooks for you to use.

“Perfect stay - close to everything in Nerja”

The house was spacerious, the surroundings beatiful with a good pool. We vent with Young children, and they were in the pool as often they could. The house and basement had what we needed for a good Holiday. Even free WIFI.... no air con, but ceiling fans in bedrooms and livingroom, so no problem. Changing of bedlinen every week plus a maid to clean the house when we left. That was amazing and luxurious. The owner Steve are easy to be in touch with. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Nerja.

Our group of two adults, a three year old and a teenager were all delighted by the gorgeous shared gardens, great views, delightful, comfy house, private garden and roof terrace, and great local beaches and facilities. We found everything we wanted in this house.

We had a lovely relaxed holiday at 3 jardines de nerja. A well kept apartment with everything you would need to self cater for a family. Beautiful swimming pool and gardens that is so much nicer in reality than in photos, the studio apartment is huge and would be ideal for older kids.Very pretty surronding area. At first we thought town was a bit far but once you get to know area it is a pleasant stroll and taxi is only 6-7 euro .Nice little private garden and a great roof terrace ,both sun traps. We loved apartment and areas around so much we didnt go into town to often though it is lovely in there.,We would definatly stay in this apartment again and Steve the owner could not do enough to help ,was always very prompt with any questions I had .{which were quiet a few!}

Delighted you had such a great trip and enjoyed our house. September is a great time of the year to visit Nerja too !

“Stunning apartment overlooking the beautiful town of Nerja”

I had a great experience of staying in Nerja at 3 Jardines de Nerja. The apartment is both attractive outside and in. It is spacious and well decorated and has all the facilities you need. I love the small private garden with sunbeds and sun roof aswell, and I love that the swimming pool is only a few meters away from the front door of the apartment. There is a really comfy sofa and a TV and I especially like the dining room table and chairs.I have no complaints about the apartment, the only thing I can think to improve could be getting a lock on the bathroom door.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. Beautiful scenery, very spacious, clean and tidy. The management were very friendly and helpful. I have to say I could have no complaints at all. There's also a nice airflow through the building which is so welcome when you want to cool down. The furniture was comfy and everything was in perfect working order.

the house is well stocked and furnished with lots of secluded out door space the roof terrace with an outdoor shower for sun seekers like us was a gift! the spacious in door space was great to relax in. the pool and gardens are very quiet and well maintained the pool is a decent size and deep which is rare in hoilday let places. it is a bit of a hike into town but is not an unpleasant walk! The nearest beach, burriana, is a great space with good bars and food i would really reccommend this place, plus the owner was really helpful and friendly
