Ideal for a small family!

With its private pool, an excellent barbecue area, views and a comfortable furnishing, the price of this villa is really unbeatable. The villa has a quiet situation on the outskirts of Nerja (2 km) with the town center and beaches just a ten minute drive away.

LOCATION AND OUTSIDE AREA

This is the ideal villa for outside living; you can cool off in your own private pool (6m x 3m long and 1.4m - 1.7m deep), enjoy a siesta at the shaded veranda or use the barbecue for your alfresco dinners. It will seem that sunny days never come to an end! The villa has a peaceful situation in the countryside, but is well accessed. If you are able to tear yourself away from this relaxing spot, then go visit the beautiful surrounding villages or experience the grandeur of Granada's splendid Alhambra Palace. For nights out, Nerja offers a fine selection of restaurants, tapa bars and opportunities to make a fiesta.

INSIDE AND LAY-OUT

The accommodation is set on one level, with comfortable furniture. The living room has a fireplace, 2 sofas and satellite-tv. The kitchen comes with a dining table for 4 persons, a 4 rings vitro hob, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, sharing a full shower room, complete with wc and basin.

- A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

- A refundable deposit of 200 EUR (in cash) is required upon arrival and will be refunded in case the accommodation is left in good order.

“Good value for money”

We had a lovely time at this villa and found the price to be very good for what you get, although some furniture could use an update (for example the curtains are a bit outdated). There is good privacy and the location is easy, just off the Nerja-Frigiliana road but far enough to not hear any traffic.

How do damage deposits work?
