This spacious villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerja's vast array of amenities at hand-reach. Inside, you'll find comfortable furnishings in a classic Spanish style. La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (1,5 kms), within a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Nerja and its beautiful beaches.

At the front of the house you'll find a lovely veranda with views out to Nerja and the Mediterranean - the ideal spot for having a nice breakfast or an alfresco diner. A few steps lead down to the sun terrace and the private pool (7,5 x 4m - kidney shaped), complete with sun loungers. Adjacent to the house is a pretty garden with many plants, flowers and citrus trees, together with a barbecue corner. For sightseeing, we would recommend to explore the area on foot, as this is a walkers' paradise - well documented in the locally available guide "Twelve Walks Around Nerja". The villa has all the rooms on one floor and offers spacious accommodation with comfortable furnishings. There is a cosy living room with sofa and arm chairs centred around the open fireplace. Satellite-tv is available. A dining corner is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 rings gas-hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) with fans, 1 full bathroom and a shower room over bath, wc and 2 wash basins.

Ancient and cosmopolitan Malaga in the past still retains its historic roots intact. In long-gone times it bore witness to the origins of man and of the Mediterranean culture, and is today the primary force in the Andalusian tourist industry, keeping alive its tradition of a welcoming and creative land.

Maritime Malaga on the coast where winter never comes; and with a mountain vocation inland, where nature is displayed in all its splendour. White villages with their attractive architecture, wrapped in romantic legend, bring points of light into secluded valleys where life goes by peacefully. And from the peaks of the mountains you can watch the horizon until it becomes lost in the immense blue of the sea.

On the Costa del Sol there are lots of discos, night clubs, and casinos set up for evening entertainment, whereas golf courses mushroomed like in no other place in Europe. Complementary products emerged too –water parks, theme parks, fun resorts– and new segments began to develop: meetings, incentives, conferences and events, cultural tourism, and hinterland travel, first in Serranía de Ronda and Axarquía, then in Antequera and Valle del Guadalhorce.

The growth of the eastern part of the Costa del Sol –most of it included in Axarquía, a region with a clear al-Andalus legacy– was less spectacular but no less important.

Better connected after the development of the Mediterranean highway, the Eastern Costa del Sol is one of the most interesting places to visit in Malaga Province.
