A charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property full of character with faulted high wooden beamed ceiling, private south facing terrace with built in charcoal BBQ, located in the tranquill urbanisation of Oasis de Capistrano surrounded by tropical gardens, with access to two shared pool ( including a childrens pool) with lawns around. Bar and restaurant only a couple of minutes walk from the property. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and WIFI operated on a 'pay as you go' basis.



This much sought after urbanisation in on the eastern side of Nerja within walking distance to town and large supermarket. Nestles in amoungst the beautiful gardens with its many palm trees, this tranquil setting is ideal for families to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun. Parking is nearby and the property is approached via a short walk way through the gardens, up some steps, therefore not suitable for wheel chair users. Two bedrooms on split levels, with two bathrooms and a south facing terrace with can be approached via the moden kitchen and the lounge.

The shared pools including one childrens pool and the bar and restaurant are a couple of minutes walk from the property through the gardens.
The private south facing terrace ( sun until afternoon) which is accessed via the kitchen and lounge, is approx. 12 m2, with garden table and four chairs, built in charcoal BBQ.

Open plan design with two sofas, coffee table, TV on TV stand, dining room table and four chairs, side board, free standing lamp, and doors to the terrace.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped also with electric oven and hob, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, doors to terrace.

Masterbedroom:
Steps leading up the split level landing to the first bathroom and bedroom:
Spanish king size bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of draws and built in wardrobe, mirror, air conditioning unit.

Bathroom 1:
Bath with shower screen and overhead shower, WC, free standing sink and mirror, towel rail.

Bedroom 2:
Twin beds with bedside table and lamps, chest of draws, built in wardrobe, air conditioning unit, door to en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2:
Walk in shower, WC, sink and mirror.
