This lovely bright and polished, two bedroom apartment is perfect for every and anyone, families with young children, young or retired couples or a group of friends. The property is fully renovated and fully refurbished and comprises of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, an open plan living/kitchen area, a family shower room and a private terrace with access to two shared pools and gardens. On top of this, it no more than a ten minute walk to Burriana Beach, Nerja's biggest and most popular beach and is excellently located on the easterly side of Nerja, out of the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre but still within easy walking distance of all shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.

Outside:
The property boasts its own private courtyard terrace which is tiled with typical Andalucian wall tiles and lies only one step away from the communal lawned gardens and pool via a private gated entrance. The terrace comprises of a round outside dining table perfect for summer, al-fresco dining which can accommodate up to 4 people with the 4 matching outdoor dining chairs, and a large parasol to provide a bit of shade for the hot summer months.

Living area:
The open-plan living area is fully renovated and very contemporary with artistic decor and a somewhat subtle retro twist. The living area is neutral in colour with orange and red colour-popping, creating a bright and vibrant living space. The room comprises of two double leather sofas, a central, oval-shaped, glass coffee table, free internet, wall mounted cabinets above the TV, a flat screen smart TV with both Spanish and cable TV, a contemporary TV cabinet, a small dining table with four chairs, a lovely modern ceiling light and matching free standing lamp shade. The large windows run along the width of the living area and beautiful curtains, light in both colour and material, can be pulled across if you wish. The room also has a set of double glass doors which open from the living area out onto the private courtyard terrace. The air conditioning unit can be found in the lounge and is available via a coin meter.

Kitchen :
The kitchen is open plan and lies in an 'L' shape at the back of the living area. The kitchen cabinets are also light in colour ensuring the light filters through to the back of the open plan living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, Ipod-docking station, oven, electric hob, iron, ironing board, airer, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, kitchen sink with draining board, pull-out extractor fan, plenty of cupboard space, and well equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils.

Master bedroom:
In keeping with the theme of the property, the master bedroom is very light and bright with a splash of colour. The double bed lies in the centre of the room with a bedside cabinet and light on either side. The room is very minimalistic and spacious with plenty of day light filtering in from the large window on the south facing wall. The room also comprises of a built in cupboard, a free standing fan and a large free standing mirror. built in safe in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2:
The second of two bedrooms is the twin room which again, is a very bright and welcoming room and comprises of twin beds which lie with a bedside cabinet and light between them, a built in cupboard and a free standing fan. The window is positioned on the wall above both head boards allowing plenty of light to shine through the length of the room.

Bathroom:
The bathroom too is in keeping with the bright theme that runs throughout this property. White and orange in colour, the bathroom comprises of a corner shower with round glass shower doors, a free standing sink unit with ceramic sink, a large mirror with over-head light, a WC, bin, and wall mounted towel rack and a hair dryer. In addition for winter bookings: Wall fitted heaters in both bedrooms.
