The property comprises of an open plan dining room, lounge, two double bedrooms, a shower room, bathroom and fully equipped modern kitchen as well as a south facing separate sun lounge with surrounding, sliding glass doors, giving complete flexibility on in/outdoor living. External stairs lead down to a self contained one bedroom apartment, which comprises of a lounge, bathroom, kitchen and its own private terrace. The property is partly air-conditioned and centrally heated (supplements apply) but also offers both free standing and ceilings fans as well as heaters for the cool winter months. Care hire is recommended and street parking is easily available. The property boasts a fantastic southeast facing terrace which enjoys plenty of sun throughout the day. The outside living area is very social in its layout offering an outdoor dining table, with 6 dining chairs, a built-in charcoal BBQ area with pergola, various sun loungers, an outside shower and a private 7x4 meter swimming pool which is the perfect place to cool down after a hot summer day. Additionally, the pool can be heated during the winter at an additional charge.

Living Room
The open-plan living room, is exceedingly light due to the two double sliding doors which open onto the south facing terrace, filtering through plenty of light and offering further fantastic views. The living area is well furnished with a large 'L' shaped sofa and two comfortable rocking chairs, a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo CD player.

Sun Lounge
The adaptable sun lounge comprises of a two seater sofa, as well as two comfortable arm chairs and a central coffee table. This unique room also boasts fantastic, uninterrupted views to Nerja and overlooking the Mediterranean sea.

Dining Room
The open plan dining room lies at the back of the living area and comprises of a large wooden dining table with 6 matching chairs and large double sliding doors open onto the terrace

Kitchen
The modern, fully fitted Kitchen opens onto the front terrace and overlooks the private swimming pool. It is equipped with oven and electric hob, fridge/freezer a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a coffee pot, iron, ironing board, airer, microwave, and a round glass, breakfast table and chairs.

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom comprises of a double bed with bedside tables, a built in wardrobe, as well as a dresser. This room is also equipped with an air conditioning unit.

Bedroom 2
The second of three bedrooms comprises of a comfortable double bed, with bedside tables and lights, a chest of drawers and a hair dryer.

Bathroom 1
The first bathroom comprises of a full length bath, a wash basin and WC

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, a wash basin, WC, bidet and a washing machine.

Separate Apartment
The separate apartment is located beneath the main property, and accessed via an external set of steps. The apartment comprises of a comfortable double bed, a small lounge area, a bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin and a kitchen with a private terrace.

To note: the pool gets cleaned twice per week during the summer season and the gardener maintains the garden once per week. All Teamstar employees wear a uniform and are easy to identify.

UK TV
Please note that at some stage in 2014 Spain will be losing Satellite reception of UK channels. Properties described as having UK TV are likely to be affected and we cannot guarantee that this facility will be available in these properties.

20% Deposit - Balance Due 8 Weeks before Arrival - Min 5 night charge.
