Description from manager
This lovely villa is located in Calle Velez Malaga, at a 5 minutes' walk from the sandy and sheltered Burriana beach where you will find a wide array of restaurants, tapas bars, supermarket and shops. There are also several play grounds for the kids and you opt for watersports such as canoeing or paddle surf! Nearby is the natural park of the “Acantilados de Maro”, dramatic rocky steep cliff with several hidden cove beaches and even a small waterfall. Visiting the cliffs from the water gives you unique views of this incredible piece of virgin coastline. If you prefer to stay at the beach, then you shouldn't miss the “pescaito frito” at one of the traditional “chiringuitos” (typical beach restaurant). But it wouldn't be a surprise either that you are unable to tear yourself away from the spacious mature gardens of this villa where you will find sitting areas on various levels and well sized private pool (9 x 4m). A barbecue and sun loungers

Location description from manager
The Costa del Sol region
Coming to Malaga Province and Costa del Sol is seeing beautiful landscapes, tasting delicious food, and experiencing the warmth of people. It's also discovering a rich cultural heritage, fabulous beaches and coastal sites, and charming hinterland villages. There's a place for every traveller in Malaga. Find yours!
Ancient and cosmopolitan Malaga in the past still retains its historic roots intact. In long-gone times it bore witness to the origins of man and of the Mediterranean culture, and is today the primary force in the Andalusian tourist industry, keeping alive its tradition of a welcoming and creative land.
Maritime Malaga on the coast where winter never comes; and with a mountain vocation inland, where nature is displayed in all its splendour. White villages with their attractive architecture, wrapped in romantic legend, bring points of light into secluded valleys where life goes by peacefully. And from the peaks of the mountains you can watch the horizon until it becomes lost in the immense blue of the sea.
On the Costa del Sol there are lots of discos, night clubs, and casinos set up for evening entertainment, whereas golf courses mushroomed like in no other place in Europe. Complementary products emerged too –water parks, theme parks, fun resorts– and new segments began to develop: meetings, incentives, conferences and events, cultural tourism, and hinterland travel, first in Serranía de Ronda and Axarquía, then in Antequera and Valle del Guadalhorce.
The growth of the eastern part of the Costa del Sol –most of it included in Axarquía, a region with a clear al-Andalus legacy– was less spectacular but no less important.
Better connected after the development of the Mediterranean highway, the Eastern Costa del Sol is one of the most interesting places to visit in Malaga Province.
The village of Nerja offers a wealth of elements of interest, which have made it one of the most important tourist resorts on the Costa del Sol.
Its scenic beauty ranges from the spectacular mountains to the coast with its splendid beaches, with fertile orchards turning the area in between into a veritable garden paradise.
In addition to all of this, Nerja boasts unforgettable locations such as Nerja Cave, one of Spain's most beautiful and oft-visited, Maro Cliffs, declared a Beauty Spot; and, in the village itself, the Balcón de Europa and The Saviour Church.
