Modern villa with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room with combined kitchen, large terrace with private pool, outdoor kitchen in the garden, fantastic views of the sea and the mountains, about 300 m to the nearest beach. The house is located between Nerja and Torrox Costa in the Tamango Hill area, about 50 km from Malaga Airport. All rooms and large terrace on the same level. In the master bedroom, which overlooks the sea, is a double bed, in a bedroom that overlooks the garden a comfortable sofa bed for two sleeps, in a bedroom that overlooks the garden and the mountains are two separate beds. In one bathroom there is WC and bath, in the other WC and shower. AC in the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine in the garage. Free car parking in front of the house. The house is also suitable for two families or several couples. Internet at cost price. The site is surrounded by walls with lockable iron gates from the street. The house has stairs from street level. The living room has direct connection to a large terrace with pool, all on the same level. The terrace is equipped with outside shower, sun loungers and a dining area. In the garden there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink with running water and a food group. You can freely enjoy fruits in the garden, lemons and dumplings, if you happen to vacation in the house at the right time of year. The house is located between Nerja and Torrox Costa in the Tamango Hill area, about 5 minutes drive from Nerja. The nearest beach with a good beach restaurant is about 300 meters away. You can go for walks directly from the house on the peaceful mountain roads or along the beach. In the area there is a free outdoor gym and petanque court (boule). To the nearest major grocery store 3 km, the nearest mini market 1 km and the nearest major shopping center, el Ingeniero in Velez Malaga, 20 km. Nearest golf course 15 km.

Lovely stay with my family nothing was to much trouble for the owners, very well equipped Villa, beds were very comfy, very clean. I would rerun.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
