We have done our outmost to create a nice and enjoyable home where we are happy to invite guests.

Vi har gjort allt vi kan för att skapa ett trivsamt och fräscht hem som vi gärna tar emot gäster i.

The apartment has recently been renovated and is located a short distance from Burriana Beach. Within 3 min's walk you have access to the beach, bars and restaurants. The old town of Nerja is within 10 min walking distance where you will find a great variety of restaurants, bars, shops and places of interest.

Nyrenoverad & fräsch markplanslägenhet ett stenkast från Nerja bästa strand, Burriana. Inom 3 minuters promenad ligger stranden, barer och restauranger. Gamla staden ligger inom 10 minuters promenad och där finns fler restauranger, barer, affärer och sevärdheter mm.

The apartment is situated in a small community of only 16 apartments with a large pool. The pool is open beginning of April to end of October.

The garden is nice and lush with orange, lemon and banana trees. There is a small playground for the children. You will have access to a private parking within the community and the parking is located at proximity to the apartment and has a sunprotection roof.

Lägenheten ligger i ett litet område om 16 lägenheter med stor gemensam pool. Poolen är öppen april till oktober. Stor fin och lummig trädgård med blommor och apelsin- och bananträd. I trädgården finns lekplats för barn.

Tillgång till parkering inom stängt område och med solskydd i direkt anslutning till lägenheten.

The apartment is nice and has recently been refurbished.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, oven, micro, winecooler, coffeemaker, toaster, water bolier etc.

Lägenheten är fräsch och nyrenoverad. Köket är fullt utrustad med diskmaskin, kyl/frys, induktionshäll, ugn, microvågsugn, vinkyl, kaffebryggare, brödrost, vattenkokare mm.

The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 cm) and wardrobes

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (2x 90 cm) and wardrobe

Bedroom 3: Convertible bed (140 cm) and wardrobe

We are happy to provide you with extra bed for small children.

Large livingroom with sofa. TV (40 channels plus chromecast), broadband internet via fiber and wifi. This sofa is a normal sofa and not a sofabed.

Stort vardagsrum med stor hörnsoffa,TV (40 kanaler samt chromecast), bredband (fiber) och wi-fi. Soffan är en vanlig soffa och inte en bäddsoffa.

Dining room with table and 4 chairs.

Matrum med runt bord och 4 stolar.

Large terrace with lounge furniture, dining table and 6 chairs, sunbeds, barbeque, parasol, and accessories.

Direct access to the pool and the garden via a small gate.

Please make sure you clean the barbeques if you use them or we will need to charge you € from your deposit.

Stor markterrass med utemöbler, matbord och stolar för 6 personer, solsängar, gasolgrill, parasoll, paellapanna.

Access via grind direkt till poolen och trädgården.

Var vänlig och gör ren grillarna om ni använder dem. Annars behöver vi debitera 1000 SEK från depositionen.

The apartment has airconditioning in all rooms and also fans.

Lägenheten har luftkonditionering i samtliga rum samt även takfläktar i alla sovrum.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Margareta (the owner) a message.

If Margareta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
