Old Forge I has two spacious double bedrooms, with queen size beds that can be separated to form single 3ft beds, both with en suite shower rooms and underfloor heating. The living room has very comfy sofas, a 42" smart TV, docking station, a log burner and dining area for 6 . The kitchen has all the appliances you need and granite worktops. There is full central heating throughout and all service water is supplied via a rainwater harvesting system. The garden has a patio area with garden furniture for your sole use, it is landscaped with beautiful flora to attract wildlife and fruit trees also an organic vegetable patch from which you can pick your vegetables for a complimentary meal.

For laundry there is a boot room containing washing machines,tumble dryers, heated drying racks, a sink, a hosing down area and a long bench for changing out of your gear after a days adventure.

The accommodation has been awarded 4 stars by Failte Ireland and is luxurious. It offers all that is required for active holidays, having so many loop walks and biking trails,horse riding,golf, swimming baths with stake park and play area. Lough Derg for the best fishing in Ireland ,sailing, water skiing and all other water sports. Silvermines is a quiet sleepy village rapped in a mountain back drop, and is also perfect for getting away from it all, to relax in front of the log burner, read, paint or stroll along the river. There is a village pub and shop for groceries on your door step. Nenagh market town is 10 minutes drive for all the pubs,coffee shops,restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques.

A cleaning, shopping service and chef are available for you to book if required. Personal help with any bookings and directions is always available. Please note that no Electric is included in the price, it is charged by using meter readings .

How do damage deposits work?
