Come stay in our clean, comfortable, private townhouse has all the amenities of home and is close to everything and in a safe neighborhood!

You can see the Grand Ole Opry from the upstairs master bedroom.

(2) twin(single) beds in bedroom 2. Vanity with pull out stool for putting on make up.

The Kitchen has dishwasher, regular coffee maker, microwave and all amenities. Sliding glass door off kitchen leads to covered patio. Spend your evenings relaxing on the patio, grilling on the BBQ in a privacy fenced yard.

Getting around

PARKING AND GETTING AROUND: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Located in an established quiet, safe neighborhood. 1.5 mi drive to entrance Opryland Hotel and Convention Center 2 mi to Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall 7 mi from BNA airport 12 mi. to downtown Broadway There is a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. You will probably want a vehicle because Nashville has many attractions in different areas of the city, but if you don't that's not a problem. Rideshare options: Lyft and Uber are here and will pick up usually in 5 to 10 min. It's a short 10-12min Uber/Lyft ride to downtown Broadway. They also pick up and drop off at the airport.

Interaction with guest

Guest will be given a door code 1-2 weeks prior so they can access the home when they arrive. There is a house manual located in the home on the coffee table that has a list of local restaurants, and attractions in the Nashville area. We value our guests privacy. Guests are welcome to call or text with any questions during their stay. We are close by and would be happy to help.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jennifer (the owner) a message.

If Jennifer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
