4 week blocks available - $9000 - Any Saturday to Saturday for 4 continuous weeks during the summer rental period. (June 4th - August 27th)
AGREEMENT: The renter agrees as follows: Renter acknowledges that he/she is at least 25 years of age and will personally occupy the premises for the entire rental period and will not sublet any portion of the property. Other occupants will be family members, friends, and invited guests. Number of occupants will be as specified, and agreed to by owner, in this agreement. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be evicted immediately without a refund and will forfeit their security deposit.
PAYMENT: Reservations are not guaranteed until a signed rental agreement and payment of the rental deposit is received by the owner. A rental deposit of half of the rental fee is due upon completion and return of this Rental Agreement. The balance of the rental fee and security deposit will be due thirty days prior to arrival and may be paid by check, money order, or cash. A $25.00 service fee will apply for any returned checks.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is $500.00 for the rental property, and is due with the final payment, thirty days prior to arrival. You security deposit is fully refundable within two weeks of termination of occupancy provided the real and personal property are in the same condition as when the occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met. Renter is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear.
CLEANING: It is your responsibility to leave the home in the same clean condition as when you arrived by making sure all dishes are washed and put away, garbage is picked up and placed in garbage bags then placed in cans in outside, and the property is generally picked up and ready to be cleaned. Cleaning supplies are provided for your use including a vacuum cleaner and broom. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if heavy cleaning is required, including rearranging furniture, after your departure.
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is NOT permitted in the home! Smoking inside home will result in forfeit of security deposit, for commercial cleaning services. Smoking is permitted outside the home with the expectation that discarded smoking materials are disposed of properly. Discarded cigarettes and cigars should be place in ash trays. Please exercise caution when discarding smoking materials.
