Take an early morning walk around the lake or a swim in the ocean or lagoon at the other end of the street or hire a kayak and explore the lake. Have breakfast at one of the many cafes or come back and relax in your very own private garden oasis.

Explore the city and harbour with easy access to public transport and come back for sundowners and watch the lake turn pink from your very own therapeutic spa.

Restaurants, pub, cafes, supermarket, shopping centre, movies, golf driving range, putt putt golf are all within walking distance and golf course is 5 mins away

“Sensational! A wonderful and relaxing stay on the edge of the lake.”

This lovely home with well kept garden and lawn down to the lakeside is situated close to a beautiful beach and swift flowing lagoon, as well as a small village with all amenities. One must just close the door and sit on the balcony or dine al fresco to enjoy the peace and beauty. The highlight of most days for me was to enjoy a glass of champagne in the outside jacuzzi and watch the sunset.

The owner gave an excellent service right from the start, in contact by email checking we had everything we needed for our stay. The accommodation was just lovely , very nicely furnished and with a lovely garden and veranda. The hot tub was great at the end of a busy day and the location on the lake front made this experience all the better. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend this property.

We had travelled to Australia on a mix of business and pleasure; staying at various locations as needed. This was our favourite place. We enjoyed the beautiful location but also the surrounding area. We used to leave the car at Manly and catch the ferry over to Sydney on the mornings we had meetings in the city, which was absolutely fabulous as the weather was glorious. There are loads of great places to visit in the area either within walking distance, bus (we loved getting the bus, they are frequent and on time) but having a car is good. The house is in agreat location, and we made good use of the hot tub after a long day, the outdoor area with this house is outstanding, lake front, peaceful, great BBQ area and seating. The shops are convenient and some great restaurants within walking distance. We wish we had known how good it was going to be as we would have stayed longer (rather than the last week in the centre of Sydney). Barbara the owner is lovely and very friendly and obliging. I thoroughly recommend this property. (Denise UK)
