In un bel palazzo del '700 con ascensore, appartamento charme di 60 mq ristrutturato e finemente arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e silenzioso, con delizioso balconcino nel verde con affaccio su Castel Sant'Elmo. Posto in un suggestivo e caratteristico quartiere in pieno centro di Napoli, a due passi dalla fermata della Metro di Via Toledo e di Piazza Municipio, vicino ai più importanti luoghi di interesse: Piazza del Plebiscito, il lungomare, Via Chiaia, Via Toledo, Palazzo Reale, Galleria Principe Umberto etc... Il Centro Storico è raggiungibile a piedi in appena 10 minuti. Parcheggio convezionato a pagamento nei pressi dell’appartamento.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paola (the owner) a message.

If Paola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
