Mini partially loft apartment of approximately 30.00 square meters, on the fourth floor of an ancient building with elevator, located in the most characteristic of Naples, in the center of the main cultural and tourist attractions (100 meters from the Galleria Umberto 1 °, and 150 mt Piazza del Plebiscito and the Royal Palace).

The house is very britheness, being equipped with a large window overlooking the main street and views of the Certosa di San Martino and Castel Sant 'Elmo, coverage of iron and glass of the Galleria Umberto 1 ° and rooftops of Naples, has been restored and furnished in 2013 providing every modern comfort and is composed of a first level entrance, Anglo tv with sofa bed for two people, living room with dining table, a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet and shower, a staircase leads to the upper level where there is the sleeping area with bed for two people, bedside table, wardrobe and desk.

Getting around

The proximity to the port (Molo Beverello) allows guests of the apartment to take a ride in the islands and visit the Faraglioni of Capri, returning home the same day. Nearby is also the bus terminal and hydrofoils to the Amalfi coast, Sorrento, Positano, tourist buses to the archaeological areas of Campi Flegrei (Baia, Cuma), Capua, Paestum.

“un gioiellino ad un passo da tutto”

trovato per caso e felicissima della scoperta! l'appartamento è ben organizzato, arredato con cura e funzionale. Luminoso, pulito, razionale e incredibilmente silenzioso. L'ascensore arriva al piano, il wifi ha un buon segnale, e non manca nulla. Perfino ferro da stiro con asse, microonde, bollitore e tostapane. Da qui si arriva in pochissimi minuti in piazza Plebiscito, alla fermata della funicolare centrale e della metro. Poco distante si trova il centro antico, i decumani, le splendide piazze del Gesù e san Domenico, la via dei presepi, Santa Chiara, il duomo...insomma è davvero un posto perfetto. Il padrone di casa, Sergio, è molto disponibile e premuroso. Ci tornerò al più presto.

Sergio, the landlord, is the kindest fellow you will find. He provide advice and answered queries promptly and with very good English. After explaining that me and my friend would be landing in Naples at about 10pm and wouldnt make it to the apartment till 11pm, he was flexible and waited outside the apartment until we arrived, which we found very nice considering the 14 hour travelling time. We stayed for 8 nights and whilst the apartment advertises it can sleep 4, 4 adults would be in very close quarters and the roof clearance is no more then 6 foot which you tend to forget after a day out and the subsequent headache inst good. The price may be cheap but you do get what you pay for ... a basic apartment which acts as a good base for sleeping and eating. In comparison with other apartments, it is small. I am 5' 10" tall and I stuggled to get up the stairs due to the limited width. A bit of practical advice, Italy seems to use a different plug socket to the rest of Europe so be warned, you will need a second adapter.

Owner's reply: I'm glad you appreciated the flexibility of check-in and check-out, but I'm sorry I've learned, just once arrived, the apartment size and proximity of the beds in case you decide to stay in 4 adults. In this regard, I would like to highlight: 1) In the description, it is well indicated that the studio is partially loft for a total of 30 square meters, and that's what he found. 2) The photos clearly indicate that a bed for 2 persons is located on the mezzanine, while others 2 sleeping places are in the living room below with the use of in sofa-bed, and that's what he found. 3) The stairs, being designed to go up a small loft, it cannot certainly be the size of a stairs of a condominium building, but all the parts that make up an apartment must be proportionate to each other. I'm also sorry for the headache, in effect 14 hours to come from England are too many, but but you do get what you pay. but you do get what you pay. Strange for the sockets, traveling throughout Europe, I have always found all the same ........ except in England. It 'been a pleasure to have you guest in my home.
