Welcome to this website showing our house (bastide style) in the little town of NANS LES PINS (Var south of France).Ground floor entrance is directly in an open space comprising lounge, dining room and american kitchen.The lounge with 2 comfortable sofas (with 1 convertible bed for extra bed for exceptional situations) is facing the fireplace and the multimedia part.A large flat screen TV is available with Freeview TNT or satellite. This TV is connected to an audio amplifier for watching in movie mode. This audio system is also equipped with a connection to an Apple Airport device that will stream music stored on your Iphone or Ipad. Apple TV device can read or rent videos stored on Iphone or Ipad.Alarge extendable table very design stands for 10 persons comfortably.The large kitchen is equipped with all the comforts : refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas burner, oven, dishwater.A laundry room next to the kitchen helps to do laundry and store food and drinks.The floor consists of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.3 rooms for couples contain size beds comfortable 63inchesX78inches (160cmX200cm).The 4th bedroom said "kids room" consists of 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed for 2 separate beds or 1 joined. A room for 4 children or 1 couple with 2 children.The outer extends over 650 square feet (2000m2) of land fenced with various species of flora. A large (heated or refreshed regarding temperature from April to October) swimming pool can have fun, sports and refresh. For greatest athletes, a petanque track is also available.This outer consists of 3 garden tables for 4 guests, 9 sunbathing, barbecue grill and plancha gas. A garage can accomodate a car.Leaving the house, hiking trails take you into the mountains (Sainte Baume ou Aurelien mount). 2 mountain bikes available will crisscross the hilly surroundings.The charming Provencal village offers all amenities and services.
