The upper entrance Pavilion, features indoor dining, an outdoor dining “sala”, an 8 meter swimming pool, a full bar, billiards room and a private cinema.

Just below the upper entrance pavilion and stretching out toward the seafront lies the centerpiece of the villa, an expansive series of teak decks surrounding the magnificent 22-meter infinity pool, comprising the 4 main guest bedrooms, a unique petanque field area ideal for friends and family time and there is a direct access from the villa to the sea level.

Just a few steps below the main pool and decks lies the “Boathouse”, a signature feature of this villa.

The Phuket region

Phuket, with a population of around 700,000 is Thailand's only island province and is also the smallest of the nation 76 provinces in terms of land area. Phuket is however Thailand's largest island at 550 sq. km, roughly the same size as Singapore and is situated 8 degrees north of the equator and 98 degrees East. The Island is approximately 40km long and 8 km wide at its widest point.
Phuket lies off the west coast of southern Thailand in the Andaman Sea (Indian Ocean), approximately 890km south of Bangkok and is connected to the mainland via a road bridge. Phuket was originally inhabited by Sea Gypsies, or fishermen, and in the mid 19th Century, the island was found to have rich and plentiful supplies of tin, and this brought with it many Chinese immigrants who came to mine the tin.
When the price of tin fell, the primary commodity became rubber and even today the island is dominated by rubber trees, which is still a large industry. However in the 1970's, tourism became more and more popular due to the lovely beaches, great weather and the release of the James Bond movie, The Man With The Golden Gun, filmed around Phuket and Phang Nga Bay.

The property is well secured as there is only one protected and guarded road entrance.
