Description

This holiday home is, in our opinion, the best family holiday cottage in Nairn. Situated right on the beach, with plenty of space to run around outside. Everything you could possibly want is just a few minutes walk away.

The house has all you need to be your home away from home, and almost everything is new…

Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee m/c, 2 TVs, Playstation, iPhone dock etc.

New, clean and comfortable beds, cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer.

There are bikes and toys for your use. Outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine Nairn weather.

Downstairs:
Living room with lovely views, Dining room, Modern kitchen, downstairs loo and doors to front garden and back garden.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed, built in wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. There are wonderful views across the Moray Firth from this front upstairs room.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, built in wardrobe with a music centre.
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds, a TV & Playstation, built in wardrobe and also has fantastic views.
The bathroom is heated, has a bath and a shower.

The house is heated with individual room heaters which can be timed for optimal use.

The front garden is fenced and secure, completely paved and has two benches from which to sip your wine and watch the world go by or the kids playing on the 'Parkie'.

The rear garden is also gated, has parking for 1 car (there is also plenty of off road parking), there is a rotary clothes dryer and a garden shed containing bikes and children's toys.

The beach is right outside the front door. There is an amusement arcade, the Harbour & lovely Cafe all within 2 mins walk.
The Links, Cricket Pitch, Playpark, Paddling Pool are about 5 mins walk.
The public swimming pool, adventure playground, putting green are about 10 mins walk.

Some pets are allowed but owners must declare that they are coming and we have the right to refuse any booking without having to state any reason.
Pet owners must agree to the following:
No pets allowed on the furniture at any time (i.e. not allowed to sit on the sofa or chairs).
No pets allowed upstairs at any time.
All pet hair must be cleaned up and removed and the vacuum cleaner emptied by the owner on their departure. Any hair left will incur a charge.
Remove and dispose of all pet poo.

“Ideal toddler location”

Cottage well equipped and as advertised. Close to beach, paddling pool,fair, playground all a three year old needs. Good walks and attractions near.

Owner's reply: Happy to hear you loved all the things we also love about Nairn and Dolphin View's perfect proximity to it all. Our children grew up holidaying in Nairn and that does not stop just because you grow up. Please come and visit us again.

The house is superb and absolutely perfect for a family. Equipped with a shed full of toys, PlayStation in the kids bedroom and 2 minutes from the beach. Excellent communication from the owner which made the booking process seamless. A fantastic time was had by all and we will definitely book again.

Dolphin view has a great location as there are two amazing beaches literally on your doorstep and the town and park areas are only a few minutes walk away. Our teenagers also enjoyed having the amusement arcade (with WiFi) only 5 minutes walk from the house. The Basil Cafe in the harbour was lovely and The Dolphin Chip shop in High Street is fantastic. Nairn is a great base for a family holiday in the Highlands and the Dolphin View Cottage makes a cosy holiday home.

A wonderful time was had by all. Did not spend a lot a time in the house as our time was spent visiting the attractions close by (Aviemore, Loch Ness, Inverness and many more) all of which are within easy reach by car. Dolphin View Cottage was in a quiet area, ideal for the beach, 30 yards walk and within walking distance of the town centre and pubs and restaurants. The house itself was well equipped and cosy and would be ideally suited for families or couples. Thank you for making our visit to Scotland a memorable one.

How do damage deposits work?
