This pretty little cottage is tucked away down a quiet lane yet within walking distance of the centre of the charming Cotswolds town of Nailsworth. A stay here would combine a town based break with the added benefit of the overlooking a bubbling stream! The property also has the added benefit of beautiful countryside just minutes away !The cottage is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings throughout including its peaceful garden off-street parking for two cars.

Within Nailsworth there are excellent amenities (all within walking distance) including numerous shops, cafes and restaurants, pub and microbrewery, The Village Inn, Hobbs House Bakery and the enormously popular and award winning William's Kitchen.

ACCOMMODATION:

Ground Floor to entrance hall, with Cloakroom: WC and washbasin.

Kitchen, excellent, fully fitted with facilities including NEFF 5 ring gas cooker with double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave.

Bedroom Two, with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and views towards the town.

Bedroom Three with large single bed.

Family Bathroom, generously-sized with WC, washbasin and bath with power shower over, heated towel rail.

Second Floor

Master Bedroom. Large room with King-Size bed, small flatscreen TV/DVD , dressing area and wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, heated towel rail.

Outside

The garden is enclosed to the rear with a wrought-iron verandah and table and chairs looking down towards the stream. Please note that there is off-street parking for TWO cars, which in the heart of Nailsworth is a rare treat!

Nailsworth

Nailsworth boasts excellent amenities, all within easy walking distance of the cottage, including shops, boutiques, excellent restaurants and various cafes. Bath is approx 45 minutes' drive to the south west, and Bristol about the same, with the airport another 10-15 minutes to the south. The town has very good amenities: two good restaurants various gastropubs, cafes, a pizzeria plus Indian and Chinese take-aways.

There are many renowned attractions such as Westonbirt Arboretum, The Prince of Wales' Highgrove Farm shop at Tetbury, Woodchester Park, Newark Park (NT), Dyrham Park (NT), the Rococco Gardens at Painswick, Laurie Lee's Slad Valley, Minchinhampton Common and Owlpen Manor in the village of Uley.

Slightly further afield are more excellent gastropubs, such as Tipputs, The Old Fleece and The Ram, and the award-winning Calcot Conservatory Restaurant, Spa and Gumstool Inn. There is a Waitrose supermarket and a Tesco Express within walking distance. Stroud is 10 minutes' drive away and has all the major supermarkets.

For major shopping all the high street names can be found at the award-winning Cribb's Causeway Mall, less than 45 minutes away on the M5 motorway.
