Villa Zen is a modern spacious pool villa that is located in the most beautiful part of the island just minutes away from the famous Nai Harn beach. This private villa is fitted with all the smartest amenities and luxury fittings. Great for entertaining!With a private pool, outdoor dining, sala, & BBQ area which all helps to create a wonderful relaxing environment. There is a large western kitchen and dining area. For those who wish to entertain, a full size modern pool table is situated in the living room along with a flat screen TV in the family room. There are two spacious bedrooms with king size beds with full ensuite & wardrobes. Each room is equipped with flat screen plasma TVs and air conditioning is avaialbe in all areas of the villa. There are private balcony to enjoy the fresh breeze and relax while soaking up some sun!As I have been living here for over 8 years, I always share the best tips on where to go and what to do on the island. I can arrange any tours, boating trips, day trips, taxis, and more!Location of this pool villa is exactly where you want to be when visiting Phuket. Its only a 5 minute drive to the famous Nai Harn Beach where you can soak up the sun! You can reach in minutes the popular Rawai Beach fishing village where you can find todays catch and have a local Thai restaurant prepare it for you. Or take a short drive to the Big Buddha, Wat Chalong, or the stunning viewpoints that we have to offer here in the Southern tip of Phuket. There are also a load of fantastic restaurants, markets and shopping around our area. Its lovely to just take a drive around and see all the beautiful local flora & fauna that the south offers.I can arrange a taxi to pick you up at anytime and bring you wherever you want to go. There are an abundance of scooter hire companies that rent them out daily. You can also walk to some great Thai & International restaurants as well as local stores.

Please note that we do charge (7 THB / per KW). So please remember to turn off all air conditioning/power when not occupying the house. Normal usage budget around 350 THB per day. We appreciate your efforts in being eco-friendly. xo Villa Zen

Why can't I call Stacey (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stacey (the owner) a message.

If Stacey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
