The villa incorporates two spacious master bedroom suites all with teak flooring, king size beds and designer en suite bathrooms, whilst the living areas of the villa are open plan, and designed with a feeling of sense, light and space. The villa is designed in a shape which allows all of the rooms direct access to the sparkling infinity edge swimming pool with garden views. The property is accessed through a delightful stone and timber Balinese style entry gate and is surrounded by terraces and garden filled with tropical plants and landscaping.

The villa's internal space is 225 sqm within 340 sqm of enclosed landscaped tropical gardens boasting an abundant array of plants. The villa is ideal for couples seeking a romantic and relaxed break, or a few friends seeking a traditional Thai experience. The living and dining room are abundant in light with double glass sliding doors and is fully air conditioned. The living area features a teak vaulted ceiling and is equipped with an LCD TV and international cable television, DVD player, and a comfortable sofa. The villa is also equipped with wired & wireless high speed internet throughout the house and garden, which is not shared with anyone else.

The kitchen is beautifully fitted with custom made teak cabinets and black granite counter top and splash back. The kitchen is equipped with a host of modern appliances and is fully catered for up to six people. The dining area features a teak and bamboo table for 6 guests.

The villa is tastefully decorated and furniture is made from natural materials which complement the tropical Asian style of this villa. Garden and pool views area easily enjoyed from all rooms and allows the feeling of the outdoors inside.

The two master bedroom suites are stunningly decorated and fitted with all the modern conveniences one would expect. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with the first one having a large Jacuzzi . They have lighted wardrobes, king size beds and air-conditioning.

The first suite features a teak four poster bed with walk in wardrobe complete with a personal safe, bathrobes, towels, and complimentary slippers. It also has direct pool access. The en suite bathroom to this suite features a two person Jacuzzi bath and a walk in rain shower with marble vanity. The second suite is features a king size bed, built in wardrobes, and direct pool access, whilst the en suite bathroom for this suite features a shower.

This is a very stylish property surrounded by a large perimeter wall accessed by electronic gates which open up to a covered carport area, and tropical garden. This property boasts a luxurious contemporary design that really is perfect for comfortable living, and the spacious terraces, and the elegant private swimming pool provide total relaxation.

An outdoor dining area is situated on the terrace for alfresco dining poolside whilst sun beds and umbrellas allow you to laze the day away. The garden also incorporates a grass area for children to play securely within the walled garden of the villa.

Lovely house, quiet, privacy assured. Very nice and helpful owners. Reasonably close to small shops, bank, massage, dining (try the Cashew Nut some 10 mins walk from the house - good, cheap, reliable). Car/moped is advisable for beach and excursions. Good value for money, would definitely consider coming back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paweekan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
