Located at MP 19.8 in a quiet, family oriented area, this dog friendly house has wonderful ocean views from every room. It is the second house from the ocean, with direct access to the wide, sandy beach just steps away (about 90 ft.) and no roads to cross. 2013 brought new owners and many improvements including redecorated bedrooms and baths, new flooring, and a new hot tub. There are beautiful ocean views from the large, upper level sun deck as well as from the lower level shade deck where the hot tub is located. Enjoy coffee on the upper deck while watching the sunrise over the ocean and the porpoise swimming by!

You can also take advantage of the bike trail located at the end of the street for your daily exercise. This house is perfectly located between the modern amenities in Nags Head and Manteo and the beauty and remoteness of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Sunny Delight is big enough for 1 or 2 families to enjoy, yet cozy enough to be ideal for a couple’s getaway.
