The Villa is situated on a beautiful hill slope by the country side, approximately 15' minutes, by car, from the Historic Town of Nafplion.

The house is surrounded by 1,300 square meters of green-grass, rose gardens and trees.

The owner's vision was to create the ideal environment for an escape to nature. Earthy elements such as water, stone, wood and green are evident throughout the entire villa, all of which compose the unique scenery for relaxation and leisure both for the summer and winter.


In the winter you may enjoy the company of the fire place and the warmth of comfy winter leisure. Firewood is also provided. Seize the opportunity during your stay to visit Mainalo Ski center in Arcadia and take pleasure in some winter sports. The snowy mountains will fascinate you!

Distance: 1 hour approximately by car from the villa.


The private infinity pool offers breath taking views and magical moments of relaxation. Enjoy your coffee, wine or a night drink at the balcony, garden or pool area as pleased. A beautiful stone BBQ is fully equipped with a large wooden bench, suitable for meals, bar area and sink, to use according to your liking. Firewood and charcoal is provided.


Inspired by the French country style, the residence is a 140 square meters three level house which can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons ( plus 2 little kids up to 8 years old). It features 3 double bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one in the attic, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, living room and kitchen area, plus air conditioners and fans.

The master bedroom on the ground floor faces the green-grass garden and has an amazing sea view. The attic is 40 square meters with a double bed, a wooden bunk ideal for little kids and an en suite bathroom. Towels and beddings are provided, while cleaning is also included once a week for your comfort. The house is fully equipped with a large range of white goods (fridge-freezer, kitchen-oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso cappuccino machine, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, iron).

The area close to the villa has beautiful remote beaches all along the coast side. A private tour by car is provided to you in order to have the alternative of where else to enjoy the sea and sun. In case of car hire need, assistance is provided.


Nafplio is a destination of 150 km from Athens, (approximately 1,5 hrs Highway drive). While there, you can visit the ancient theater of Epidaurus, which is a 40' minutes drive destination and enjoy one of the performances of ancient writers which are on during summer time. Another memorable destination is that of the ancient site of Mycenae that is 20 minutes drive. Take the opportunity for a boat cruise from the Old Town of Nafplio to the picturesque islands, of the Saronic Gulf, Hydra and Spetses and enjoy a summer vacation to remember!

Regarding your arrival: We usually meet and greet our guests in the Old Town of Nafplio. We find it imperative that we always welcome guests ourselves in order to best accommodate them, show them around the property, give any instructions, etc. On our way to the villa, we ll have the opportunity to show you a bit around the area (local fish market, taverns, super markets, bakery etc.) and anything else you might need to know about where to eat, drink, and places to see! We offer our guests certain amenities to welcome you the best way we can. Welcome basket (with traditional home made products), bottled water, and bathroom amenities. *Check in is flexible
