Description

A ground floor apartment - ideal for families or couples. Air conditioned throughout and fully furnished. Sharm el Sheikh, with it's year round sunshine, is the ideal place for sun lovers. Located on the Red Sea Riviera it is a divers' and snorkellers' paradise.
With bars, restaurants and a supermarket a short taxi ride away, it is the perfect place to holiday at any time of the year.

Our apartment is particularly suitable for families with young children as it is ground floor and the pool area can be seen and accessed from the terrace.

A 30% non refundable deposit is required upon booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Payment accepted by Paypal or direct bank transfer

Smokers are welcome but we ask that you smoke on the terrace.

PLEASE NOTE:- It is illegal in Egypt for an Egyptian man to cohabit with someone of the opposite sex unless they are married. Egyptian married men with their wives of any nationality are welcome. However marriage documents will need to be produced at the admin office on site upon arrival. The complex reserves the right to refuse admission to the complex in the event that such documents are not available.

“Nice apartment but to far away plus charges very high”

No issues from owner she was excellent and very quick to reply, accomodation was lovely. However, it was a dirt track road with no lighting to get to and it was very far away from everything which added a further expense This would suit a family who want to sit and chill by the pool for a week or to use as a base for scuba diving The charge at the end of the week was 44 pounds for water ane electricity far too expensive for one week.
