Our beautiful spacious 1 bedroom Delta Sharm apartment, is located on the award winning 4* luxury Delta Sharm complex in Sharm el Sheikh.
Our Delta Sharm apartment is on the 1st floor and has it own private staircase entrance and large private balcony/terrace. The apartment has been fully refurbished to meet European standards. (For more information on the apartment facilities please read: "Further details indoors" section).
Our apartment is only available to couples and small family's of 2 adults and up to 2 children, we do not except group bookings. Although the apartment shows as sleeping up to 4 guest this would be a maximum of 2 adults.
The complex has 12 swimming pools and boasts the most beautiful well maintained tropical gardens. The Delta Sharm complex is approximately 5 minutes away from the popular tourist area of Naama Bay and only 15 minutes away from Sharm el Sheikh International Airport.
Sharm el Sheikh is on the Sinai Peninsula, and is an all year round sun destination. Egypt is famous for some of the best scuba diving and snorkelling sites in the world. Cairo's Pyramids and the sites of Luxor can also be visited on day trips form Sharm el Sheikh.

We only permit couples and families, only guests named on the booking form will be able to enter the apartment. If you book under false pretences you will be refused entry to the apartment by our representative or even asked to leave the property during your stay if you are found to be breaking these rules. The apartment is managed for us by our English representative who lives close to the Delta Sharm complex. Our representative will meet you at the apartment on arrival with keys, pool cards and give you a tour of the apartment, she will be on hand to offer assistance if needed. Please note that the apartment is strictly no smoking, Ashtrays will be provided but we ask kindly that you smoke on the balcony.

Living room - The generous sized living room is fully air conditioned. It has a comfortable corner sofa which is dressed with luxury cushions. For your convenience we have a telephone so you can place delivery orders with shops and takeaways on the Delta Sharm complex. We have a 32" Sony LCD TV, a Panasonic DVD player which also has the ability to play CDs and a seperate iPod docking station. The sofa has been specially made to the equivalent size of 2 small single beds and can be used as such if required, linen is provided.
Kitchen –The newly fitted kitchen has full use of European appliances, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker,toasty machine, combination microwave oven and grill, a 4 ring halogen hob, washing machine and large modern fridge freezer. The kitchen also has a cafetiere, stainless steel pan set, utensils, glass wear, cutlery and full dinner service to serve 4.
Bathroom – The large tiled bathroom contains a concealed shower cubicle along with a porcelain washbasin and toilet with bidet. Above the washbasin is a large mirror along with overhead lighting and porcelain shelf. Towels provided.
Bedroom – The spacious bedroom provides comfort and relaxation there is full use of an air conditioning unit, which also has a heat function if required in the winter months.The large king sized bed is dressed in designer bedding, throw and cushions. The windows are dressed in fully lined curtains, which successfully keep out the light for any late risers. On each side of the bed is a bedside table, which has one drawer and a bedside lamp. There is a large 3 door wardrobe lots of coat hangers provided for ample storage, a small section of the wardrobe is used to keep extra linens, warmer blankets for the winter months should they be required and towels. We have a very comfortable sofa in the bedroom which is dressed with designer cushions, to add to the luxury feel. For our family bookings the sofa doubles up as a double sofa bed which would comfortably sleep two children if you want to keep them close at bedtime. Finally we have the use of a large dressing table complete with drawer where you will find a hairdryer and heat mat for hair straighteners. With the dressing table comes a comfortable cushion topped stool which slides neatly underneath, there is a large mirror above dressingtable and a full length mirror to the side for dressing.
Balcony/Terrace – The large tiled outdoor area is in a great position as it has the sun all day long, it is the perfect area for your morning coffee or breakfast. There is a good sized wicker and marble toped table and matching deep seated wicker chairs, with large fitted comfortable cushions. I often spend the afternoon on the balcony sunbathing with a magazine and a drink.
Extras - In one of the Kitchen cupboards we have a digital safe for you to put your valuable inside. We also provide the use of an Iron and Ironing board. Again towels and full linen are provided.

Had a great time in this lovely apartment it was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The apartment is well equipped and Sophie the owner was a pleasure to deal with we will definitely book this apartment again.

“Fantastic apartment, brilliant customer service from sophie and sally”
Have just returned from staying at this lovely apartment. It is the nicest I have had on delta, and this is my 7th visit. The apartment has everything you could need, hairdryer, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine(which I really loved, bringing home clean clothes). Tv with satelite, dvd/cd player. Everything was perfect, and I have to say that sophies customer service is brilliant, she even tx to see I had arrived safely, and that everything was ok. On leaving the airport I tx sally, who was waiting at apartment to meet me, and explain how everything worked. I will certainly book again, outstanding!!

“Lovely Clean Apartment”
I stayed at this apartment from 26th September through to the 13th October this year. From when I booked this apartment earlier on in the year I was impressed at how helpful the owner was. She could not do enough to help.I even received an email from Sophie (the owner) the day before I travelled saying that she hoped I have a lovely holiday and an enjoyable stay in her Sharm home. On arrival I was greeted by Sally, who showed me round the apartment and how to use the safe etc. She left her number with me and told me that she hoped I enjoyed my stay and that if there was anything she could do then I was to call her immediately. All in all I was impressed with this apartment, it was exceptionally clean, had all the mod cons and was a true home away from home. The large balcony had both the sun and shade all day long and this apartment was situated in a quieter part of the resort but close to literally everything on the Delta Sharm resort. .I had a truly wonderful holiday, and as soon as I arrived back in the country I was contacted by the owner to say that she hope I had a great time. I definately look forward to my return to this apartment and hope that this will be in 2014. Thank you Sophie, and please pass my thanks onto Sally.

“Stylish, clean, modern and cozy!”
We just came back from a wonderful vacation.Staying in this apartment offers everything we was looking for. Perfectly situated in a quiet place .The apartment is very close to the swimming pool, yet far enough to have some privacy. It was great for having a nice breakfast with wonderful and peaceful view, as well as nice evening- sittings ... we really enjoyed all that. The apartment gorgeous with lots of character, lovely and large , very comfortable and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen to make whatever you wish. Very comfortable and modern furniture. AC working in all rooms, shower was excellent, very clean with strong water pressure. Extra clean towels & bed linens were provided. The owner are so kind , friendly and very helpful with any query you have. We really recommend this apartment for anyone who loves sunshine and comfort, specially as a great get away from stressful life. We will definitely return back.

few days now I´m back in cold germany and i miss egypt very much. it was the first time in this appartment. we arrived there and immediately we felt like home. the appartment is wunderfull, very clean and it is equipped with everything someones needs (european standard) the residential area is very quiet also the roof garden is beautiful and we could enjoy the sun the hole day. in egypt we were in many appartments but this was the best we ever were. really all was top. and I hope that we can spend the next holiday in this appartment.

I booked this apartment only about a week before i went to Sharm. Sophie made the process very easy and responded to any questions i had. When i got to the apratment Sally was there waiting and was very friendly. The apartment it's self was great, very clean and well presented, it had everything you could need. It's not situated right by the pools which was nice because it meant it was lovely and quiet. The apartment is on the upper floor, which meant there was a lovely balcony with tables and chairs. The Delta Sharm village is very nice and you have everything you need there. The apartment was so nice, i would not consider staying in a hotel again in Sharm and have already booked again for the end of January. Leaving the apartment was very easy, sally was very accomdating (even though i was a bit late leaving). Overall this is a perfect apartment for couples or small groups, in a great location.
