Beaches Walk Villa is set in a tranquil and friendly village, approx 300 metres from a secluded beach in Na Jomtien,

Beaches Walk Villa has 5 large, bright and airy bedrooms with 3 spacious bathrooms.

Beaches Walk Villa has a large living/dining room with a fully functional and fully equipped kitchen which leads out into the lush garden.

At the swimming pool you can and order drinks/sandwiches and a full range of Mexican and European/Thai food.

Beaches Walk Villa is approximately 1.5 hours drive from the Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok and about 15 minutes from Pattaya, and close to all major attractions and golf courses.

Beaches Walk Villa is minutes away from a secluded golden sandy beach which extends all the way to Na Jomtien and when the tide is right you can walk one beach after another, hence the name, Beaches Walk Villa.

You can spend the full day swimming/sunbathing at the beaches, and get a relaxing oil or Thai massage. The beaches ares never too crowded and are free from local vendors.

The sea is clean, and the waters are warm and inviting with gentle waves.

It is usual to end a lazy day at the beach with a chilled drink and indulge in the serenity of a cool sea-breeze and panoramic sunset.

What a fabulous Villa with everything we could possibly want. Beach is near, Swimming Pool bar is great close to all amenities. Highly recommended.

Great location for the family to get away. We had plenty of space for our 5 kids to stretch out. Everyone loved the pool and quietness of the area. Overall very pleasant.

Why can't I call Tony (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tony (the owner) a message.

If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
