The “Aggemari” villa is an impressive tourist residence situated alongshore of the bay of Gera, in the region of Pigadakia, just 12 km outside the town of Mytilini. Explore the modern facilities and services provided in the villa, in its comfortable and cozy areas. In front of the villa there is a beach where you can enjoy swimming, water sports, hiking, cycling, or you can wander around the wetlands, admire the grandeur of nature, while looking at the amazing scenery of the bay.The wider region of Gera is known for its alternate scenery, making it ideal for nature-loving walks. You can choose among the hiking routes, cycling or horseback riding and discover the unique beauty of the scenery.

The residence is designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding guests. With big bright and ergonomically designed spaces, it offers you comfort and safety in a warm and stylish environment.

The residence consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a W.C., a double bed bedroom and a large open space where the modern fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a corner sofa, a smart 40' TV, home cinema, hidden lighting and a fireplace are located. Two large French windows lead to the veranda in the front yard where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the sea. The area has also an interior marble staircase leading to the first floor.

The first floor consists of a bathroom equipped with a hydro massage shower cabin and three large bright rooms, a double bed bedroom and two rooms for children. All rooms are equipped with large sliding closets as well as with the necessary furniture for a comfortable and restful stay. They also have large balconies with spectacular view where you can enjoy your morning or afternoon coffee.

If PARIS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
