Bright and airy third floor condo with elevator, in a quiet development with close proximity to all Myrtle Beach dining and entertainment activities: is ideal for short or long-term visitors to the Myrtle Beach area.

There are 3 bedrooms, two of which have King-size beds while the third has (2) twin beds. There are two bathrooms. The condo is spacious at 1500 sq. ft. and will sleep 6 comfortably. To complement the central air and heat, additional blankets are provided.

Parking for a maximum of two vehicles per apartment is allowed. [No motor-cycles, campers or RV’s are permitted to park in the general parking area: parking for these vehicles is available nearby].

WIFI and cable TV is provided in this fully-furnished and well-provided apartment. There are TV’s in each room and DVD Players in the living room and each king-bed room.

The spacious kitchen has dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, full-size washer, dryer, coffee pot, toaster, blender; all utensils, garbage disposal, and kitchen bar.

On one side of the condo, the screened-in porch commands a view of the Arrowhead golf course and, on the other side, just beyond the pool, is The Intracoastal Waterway. The porch has a small bar, predictably called the 19th Hole, with 3 stools, plus four easy-chairs around a glass table and has a ceiling fan to help cool off relaxing visitors.

About a week before your arrival I will send the current combination to the lock-box that has the keys to the condo. Guests will not usually actually meet me - they are left to their own devices. There are flyers and a guest book with area information in the condo. Some guests leave recommendations for activities and food.

Just spent a week here with friends over on a golf holiday from UK. Apartment was perfect for our needs, in a great location overlooking Arrowhead golf course. Where the owners Leo & Janet make this place stand out is supplying all the little essentials that you need, which a lot of owners don’t do. Can’t recommend highly enough, and would certainly go back. Thank you guys, great place!!

How do damage deposits work?

If Leo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
