Getting around

As we really are "away from it all" you will find a car will be most handy. There are a few buses a day that run from Narberth to Cardigan and back if you are happy to walk a couple of miles down the lane to catch them. If you are happy to have a low-key walking and cycling holiday that is doable too. There are some lovely places to walk and cycle to near here.

Interaction with guest

I'm happy to chat with guests and give advice on local amenities, walks etc. I am also to socialize should I be invited in for a glass of wine but don't expect to see much of you - after all its your holiday :)

“Lovely, cosy cottage, perfect for a countryside break”

Reviewed 16 Mar 2017

We really cannot praise this property highly enough. Quirky in character with its lovely mezzanine sleeping area, wood burner (lovely to cosy up in front of after a long walk on chilly February day!) and the lovely sounds of running water down the side of the cottage, but with all you could possibly need for a comfortable stay without having to leave the building if you didn't want to! (The kitchen facilities are spot on.) We loved that we could take the dog with us too, and found the countryside all around us was beautiful as far as the eye could see so there was no shortage of new places to take him for nice long walks. Our only complaint would be that we had to leave!

Owner's reply: Thanks Sarah. It was lovely to have you here at Felindyrch and hope to see you again sometime. All the best :)

“Delightfully quirky, peaceful place to stay!”

What a wonderful place to spend a couple of nights in the winter! The fire was lit when we arrived, ideal given the stormy night. Oshi was very welcoming. Thanks for such a lovely weekend. Ric

“Fantastic unusual accommodation and location”

Reviewed 13 Jan 2014

A wonderful retreat, the studio itself was perfect and even had a lovely welcoming fire on our arrival. Studio has everything you need for the stay and was just perfect. It has character and has great finishing touches from the stairs leading to the sleeping area, the drift wood door handles and my favourite was the flower shaped flue guard! A great rural location (with peace and quiet as no phone signal) but easy to visit nearby towns / beaches and explore the area.
