The spacious and neutrally decorated cottage offers versatile accommodation to suit groups of 6, and has been updated throughout to offer a contemporary and open plan holiday haven ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The ground floor of the cottage is wonderfully bright, with permeable rooms which effortlessly flow. The inviting sitting room provides a lovely spot in which to unwind after a day of sightseeing and outdoor fun, with timeless board games to hand alongside a flat screen TV with DVD player and WIFI access. The sumptuously soft leather sofas and poufs offer the perfect excuse to settle down and enjoy the warmth of the ambient fire, whilst the far reaching waterfront views evoke a strong sense of serenity in the passing seasons.

An archway leads through to a chic country-style dining area beautifully lit by natural light and furnished with a solid pine table upon rustic slate flooring. The dining area lends itself to indoor entertaining, with its bright open feel ideal for the summer months and its large modern wood

burning stove conjuring a romantic setting in the colder months.

An equally welcoming fully-equipped kitchen is conveniently situated on from the dining area. With a high beamed spot-lit ceiling set above a fresh interior palette, the room is bathed in plenty of natural light, to make it a great place in which to prepare meals throughout your stay. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for enjoying a comfortable self-catering stay whilst a charming stable door to the kitchen swings directly out into the cottage's tranquil back garden.

Providing a secluded and secure environment in which children and dogs can play, the rear garden also enables guests to sit and savour a delicious alfresco meal, to the sunny outdoor dining area.

The waterfront cottage is perfectly suited for active guests, with a spacious downstairs shower room and utility room fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging space for wet suits and outdoor clothing offering for the perfect way to contain muddy and wet guests!

From the ground floor of the cottage the immaculately presented interior flows effortlessly to the first floor, with 4 spacious and tastefully-decorated bedrooms provided alongside 2 contemporary fitted bathrooms.

A lovely double master bedroom enjoys picturesque views of the private back garden for a restful haven where guests can easily unwind after an enjoyable day on the water. A contemporary fitted en-suite bathroom also features to the double bedroom, making it ideal for couples.

Across the landing an equally spacious double bedroom offers a second couple with captivating views of the water along with a flat screen TV for their entertainment. This room leads on to a relaxed coastal-style single bedroom ideal for a child or adult, with shared access from both to a contemporary-fitted family bathroom.

A fourth stylish bedroom furnished with a single bed and benefitting from beautiful creek side views completes the sleeping arrangements of this charming and stylish holiday retreat.

To the front of the cottage a waterfront lawn is framed by beautiful hydrangeas and hedgerow, with far reaching views across Mylor Creek to enjoy. With passing yachts and water sports guests can easily while away an afternoon here with a good book or an unhurried summertime lunch to the picnic bench provided. The waterside garden also offers an ambient setting in the evenings, with the moon illuminating the serene calm water to provide the perfect night cap after a busy day of exploring!

Allocated parking with additional space for a trailer and small boat is provided to the side of the cottage, with easy access to the public slipway making it highly convenient to take to the water with a canoe of private boat during your stay.

Located within easy walking distance of the local amenities of beautiful Mylor, guests are perfectly placed for making the most of a luxury self-catering stay, with a grocery shop, newsagents, fishmonger's and a butchers on the doorstep alongside a fabulous range of activities to enjoy at the Mylor Yacht Harbour. From private yacht charter, boat and canoe rental to sailing lessons and SUP hire; all this and more can be enjoyed in the popular marina.

The Falmouth Water Tax operates from the marina for a sedate way in which to reach and explore the local villages and nearby attractions. Nature lovers can also easily embrace the surrounding coastal walks, with the opportunity to glimpse a heron, seal or even a dolphin!

The village of Mylor Bridge has a welcoming pub, well-stocked shop and butchers plus a fishmongers that sells the catch straight from the boats. The historic Pandora Inn is 2.5 miles away

There is also easy access onto some of the best sailing waters anywhere in the West Country, with the Helford River, the Fal Estuary, Falmouth Bay and Mylor Yacht Harbour all within reach. Mylor also has a Sailing Club that welcomes guests, and it’s own dog-friendly beach.
