Villa Bonalba the 5-bedroom private sanctuary situated in Mutxamel on the Bonalba Golf & Spa Resort - features a spacious terrace with upstairs balcony that overlooks the sea, garden, golf course, includes private pool for a refreshing dip as you unwind in the Spanish sun, the Villa is ideal for those jet setters looking to enjoy romantic getaway capturing the sunsets & sunrises ( depending on season ) family holiday or your dream golfing trip.

The air-conditioned Oasis is Only 9 miles from the Alicante city centre, where you can find everything from luxury shopping to Michelin star restaurants like Quique Dacosta or La Finca or catch the atmospheric taverns & enjoy the energetic cocktail bars.

The property is newly refurnished to the highest standards. The flooring throughout is of the finest local marble, with the kitchen/bathroom worktops in polished granite, the lounge area has twin sofas, with comfortable leather sofa, indoor dining area, 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms comes with built in wardrobes & 2 bedrooms has direct access to the outside balcony, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing with a fabulous view of the sea, golf course and sunsets.

Why can't I call Kathy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kathy (the owner) a message.

If Kathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
