This rental is nestled in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the Cross Lake Ferry (1.5 mi). Close to the beautiful sandy shores of Lake Michigan (3.4 mi) & Muskegon Lake. Down the road from our Lakeside area with unique shops, restaurants & local bars. Visit Historical Downtown Muskegon (2.5 mi), check out a local craft brewery & the Farmer's Market (1.6 mi). Michigan's Adventure less than 10 miles north, with the Grand Haven beach & shopping district only 15 miles south.

This is a century old Victorian home, located on a tranquil lot with panoramic views of Muskegon Lake. This upper boutique flat has all the modern amenities. This rental has a private entrance, 3 spacious bedrooms, large dining area, comfy living room with cable TV, Blu-ray player, WIFI, large flat screen TV and a huge picturesque view of Muskegon Lake. Dining area includes stove, refrigerator with freezer, leaf available for dining table, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.... all the accoutrements needed for kitchens. Full walk- in shower, with clean towels & linens provided. This vacation rental is ready for instant relaxation! The entire second story, with all safety measures included - fire ladder for 2nd exit, fire extinguisher, hard- wired smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, all to ensure complete safety of your family & friends.

All rooms have ceiling fans, new windows for cross lake breezes, along with A/C & baseboard electric heat.

Side driveway parking for motorcyles or one (1) car, with additional easy access parking on street in front of main private entrance.

This vacation rental is a very short distance from our Lakeside area with unique shops, restaurants & local bars, Port City Princess, Cross Lake Ferry, McGraft park (featuring frisbee golf & free music concerts open to the public), USS Silversides & submarine museum, Muskegon Heritage Landing, downtown Farmer's Market (5.4 mi), Getty Drive-In Theater (3.4 mi), along with many historical downtown venues. Other local attractions, like Michigan's Adventure Amusement Park less than 10 miles north & the Grand Haven beach & shopping district only 15 miles south. Close to fishing, sailing, bars & restaurants in one of Muskegon's most picturesque areas!

Once you check in you won't be bothered unless you need something. This vacation rental has access to the lower flowered patio backyard with all cushioned & comfortable seating. There is a table with an umbrella & a fire-pit for roasting hot dogs or the sheer delight of making s'mores under a starlit sky. The back patio is nestled in a cocoon- like setting where the sun sets directly in view behind you. Wrap around front porch with bistro table, along with a 100 year old glider swing for your pleasure. Sit and enjoy a glass of wine, or use for outside dining in case of rain.
