Villa Pedro only five miles from Muro and Can Picafort and six of the Bay of Alcudia, with its sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Attractive four-bedroom property tastefully decorated, ideal for those who want to be surrounded by countryside and have on hand beaches, restaurants etc. In this house you will not miss anything.
Both indoor and outdoor area in the cottage is very well equipped. On the left side of the house a long grassy area with beautiful flowering oleander bushes, on the other side is the large outdoor pool with pool deck.
Beautiful newly build villa with Two-levels that distributed with four bedrooms, two with double bed and two twin beds each, 4 bathrooms ensuite with bath, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining-living room. Large covered terrace with furniture, barbecue and beautiful views of the pool and countryside.
Ground floor comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and dining-living room.
First floor main bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a big wardrobe.

How do damage deposits work?
