From the owner

This new property was completed in February 2009 to a very high standard and is on the middle floor (1st) overlooking the fjiord and the shared pool with full air conditioning and own allocated parking space. Muo is a small fishing village with a square and marina. Views of the Fjord and the citadel of Kotor from the 2 terraces are some of the best in the whole area.

The apartment has use of a large shared swimming pool, private car parking, outside barbecue area & grassed area for chidren to play. Tivat Airport is only a 15 min drive away.

The shores of the Fjord are a short walk as is the unmissable town of Kotor. Beaches, bars, restaurants the Tivat Marina, National Parks, Lakes and Tara, the 2nd largest Canyon in the world are all at your doorstep.

Further afield is Mostar and the famous Stari Most Bridge .

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.•The remainder is payable 6 weeks before your stay and is not refundable if booking is cancelled after this date unless we can secure another booking to cover this time. 150 euro ( or equivalent in £) breakage/damage deposit will be requested on arrival, which will be refunded at the end of your stay. Payment can be made by bank transfer to UK bank , or PayPal account.

There are two large double rooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, as well as one modern bathroom and a large open plan living room / kitchen.

The spacious kitchen has all appliances you could require, including a dish washer, kettle, toaster, ipod docking system and there is also a large dining room table that seats six comfortably.

The lounge enjoys views across the bay through the large double terrace doors, and has a sofa bed as well as ample seating to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

Further details outdoors

Within the grounds, there is a large swimming pool, terrace and lawn area with plenty of space for kids to play, and a barbecue area with plenty of seating, all for the exclusive use of residents. This is in addition to the private parking enjoyed by visitors to the apartment, and all within 10 minutes walk of the water.

As the bay area is surrounded by mountains, the complex is built on the side of a hill and there are stairs down from the car park to the building, and from the building to the waterfront that may be a challenge for those with pushchairs or mobility problems. Whilst we have small children ourselves and don't find it an issue, you should be aware of this.

Kotor Town is a 20-25 minute walk.
