The Kotor Vista complex, overlooking the Unesco Heritage Town of Kotor, is by far one of the finest and best equipped on Kotor Bay to date and sets a new level in holiday rentals in Montenegro. And the apartment itself is as good as it gets if your dream is a luxury self-catering holiday in one of the most idyllic locations in the world.

There are two large double bedrooms, one with a King size double bed, the other with two singles, two well fitted modern bathrooms with one en suite, and we have a large open plan living room / kitchen. The spacious kitchen has all the appliances you could require, including a washer / dryer, dishwasher and microwave, and there is also a large lounge / dining room with a large table that seats our guests very comfortably. We have created lots of extra living space by refusing to squeeze in extra beds etc and, with 30 years experience of upscale holiday letting, we believe we offer the best equipped and furnished property in the Kotor Vista complex and superb value for money.

The lounge enjoys views across the bay through the large double terrace doors, and has ample seating and flat screen satellite TV, Internet, CD & DVD player. Six people can dine in comfort. The lovely patio is equipped with loungers and table and chairs to savour the magnificent views - we are caring and experienced owners, and have tried to think of absolutely everything to make this a memorable holiday for comfort and natural beauty. We ways to update and improve our facilities, and refurbish annually. Free wi-fi of course. Exquisite medieval Kotor is just a stroll or a two minute drive away.

Our local manager, Nicky Rose, will be available to provide any help or advice you need during your stay. He will arrange to meet you with the keys and to show you round the apartment on your arrival. Nicky is a UK ex-pat who has lived in Montenegro for many years and he has a wealth of local knowledge which you can tap into. He can also arrange car hire, if you need this and/or taxis to and from the airport. In addition, the Kotor Vista complex is staffed with caring and knowledgeable staff who can also provide local advice and can take care of any small problems that arise during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?
