The Space

This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment (95m2) is situated in the peacefull fishing village of muo, in a air spa area. Directly facing the old city, you are perfectly located to enjoy venetian-era kotor and the other historic villages that dot the waterside of the magnificent bay of kotor. The apartment is newly built, furnished to a high spec and has panoramic views over the sea (fjord), mountains and kotor bay.

Guest Access

Guests have full use of the private terrace (furnished with table and chairs), large swimming pool (with sun beds), landscaped gardens and outside seating area. There are a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity.The shores of the Fjord are a short walk as is the unmissable town of Kotor. Beaches, bars, restaurants the Tivat Marina, National Parks, Lakes and Tara the 2nd largest Canyon in the world are all at your doorstep. The perfect base from which to explore montenegro's natural beauty, or to simply relax and soak up the sunshine!

The Neighborhood

oka kotorska or kotor bay, is a place of stunning natural beauty; the southern-most fjord in europe – a vast butterfly shaped expanse of water surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. Boka kotorska is remarkable for its wonderful coastal scenery and the many pretty villages and towns that dot the shore line. Long before it was designated a unesco world heritage site in 1979, the bay has been a magnet for sailors, traders and sight-seers alike. The beautiful village of perast is littered with the palaces of 17th century venetian merchants, each vying for the best view over to the beautiful island monastery of st.George. At the head of the fjord lies the old city of kotor, one of the most exquisitely preserved medieval centres in the mediterranean. Narrow alleyways open out onto piazzas, churches and palaces. The awe-inspiring 12th century city walls climb 200m up the sheer mountain face and form an impressive backdrop to kotor's annual venetian carnival.

Getting around

15 minutes drive to Tivat airport. 90 minutes drive to Dubrovnik airport served from the (website hidden), Easyjet,Thomsons, Croatia airlines and Flybe. Car hire is recommended or you can travel by local bus to kotor and Tivat and taxis are inexpensive (from the airport 10 euro max.).

Coast/Beach
While there are small swimming areas around the fjord (including a very pleasant pebble beach within walking distance of the apartment), an extensive range of sand and pebble beaches (such as the now-famous Jaz beach) can be found within a 15 -30 min drive from Muo along the magnificent Adriatic coastline towards areas such as Budva or Tivat.

Skiing
There are several ski resorts in Montenegro, approximately 2 hours drive into the mountains. The most popular being Kolasin and Zabljak.

If Natasa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
