“Relaxing break”

Reviewed 27 Dec 2018

Rookery Nook was perfect for a quiet and relaxing Christmas break. Clean and Cosy, well equipped and only a short walk from the seafront (perfect for seagull spotting) and village, which has a variety of shops and cafes. Ideal chalet for a couple. The tea, coffee, milk and bottle of wine were a nice touch. Many thanks

Owner's reply: We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Rookerynook, Thank you for the kind review.

“Time wasted”

Reviewed 7 Oct 2018

The Accommodation is fine, but was very disappointed that we had to wait 5 hours of a 2 night visit for the Chalet to be made ready. Management issue I think , no compensation.

Owner's reply: We are so sorry about the delay in the cleaning of the Chalet, this was the first time it had happened and I can asure you it will be the last, Compensation was offered at the time, but was declined by the gentleman. If you would like to book again we would be happy to meet with you and make amends.

“Clean, functional and well-placed”

Reviewed 13 Oct 2017

The chalet was lovely and clean when we arrived, with a small welcome pack on the side and in the fridge. The bedrooms are compact but perfectly functional, the kitchen and bathroom are well appointed. The biggest bonus of the chalet is it’s position. Small chalet site tucked away from main roads, but close to a number of footpaths which take you to all parts of Mundesley and the beach, which was fabulously empty on our visit!! We would stay here again!

Owner's reply: Dear Rachael, Thank you for your review, we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay.. Best wishes Mike and Chrissie

“Lovely stay.”

Reviewed 10 Jun 2017

We stayed 3 nights at this great holiday home and it was just like home from home, very clean, comfortable and well placed in the middle of Mundesley. The village is a perfect place for us to holiday with our dog, she was welcome in so many places while we ate and had drinks, also walking her all around the village was great too. We will want to visit the place again and will want to stay in the same holiday home over and over again.

Owner's reply: We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay, thank you so much for leaving Rookerynook nice and tidy, we look forward to seeing you on your return. Best wishes Mike and Chrissie
