New to the holiday rental market. The view will blow you away! The cottage is right on the sea front so has panoramic views from Mumbles Pier spanning across Swansea Bay. You can sit in the bay window and people watch and watch the world go by! It is situated in the heart of Mumbles village so is convenient to walk to the shops, restaurants and cafes.

The cottage has a beautiful, fully enclosed, private back garden complete with pergola to sit under come rain or shine with chiminea & BBQ . The cottage comprises of a open plan kitchen diner living room, spacious luxury bathroom with large bath tub and separate shower. Bedroom 1 has views over the sea, a superking size bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 is a kingsize. Bedroom 3 has a luxury bunk bed... Which has a kingsize at the bottom and a small single at the top.

The outdoor utility room is perfect for storing bikes, surfboards, and other beach paraphernalia! it has secure parking for one car, with a possibility of

“Well equiped,comfortable,pristine beautiful view.”

Enclosed parking area at the rear of the property with a shutter so all very safe and convenient, The property is very spacious with a nice outsie area which would be lovely when the weather warms up. Roz the owner is very welcoming and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house. We used the property as a base to do some walking in the Gower.
