Location, Location, Location!

Our holiday home certainly fits the bill​ as it's just a stone's throw away from the beach and quay in Mudeford, with a lovely view of the Isle of Wight and the Needles from the decking. You have direct access to Avon Beach and the quay, just walk out of the park's back gate onto the promenade​!

Needles View is situated in a quiet area on the popular Sandhills Holiday Park, a small friendly site. Our holiday home comfortably sleeps 4 people, and is more suitable for children aged 2+. The park has an outdoor heated pool plus a children's pool, with a pool attendant, open from mid March to mid September, weather permitting. There is also a small gym, children's play park, petanque boules area and laundry room. The clubhouse has a lounge, a bar serving snacks, Sky TV, a snooker table, dart board and free WiFi. Entertainment is mainly during the school holidays, although there is often something arranged at weekends. Use of the pool and entertainment is included in the rental price.

The holiday home is a good size and has lockable gated decking, with patio furniture, so just relax and enjoy the view! Well equipped, with a full kitchen including a microwave, fridge, freezer and mains gas cooker. Gas and electric are included. There are plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. The living room is spacious with comfortable sofas, a 40 inch Freeview TV, DVD player and a glass fronted, flame effect wall mounted electric fire.

The main bedroom has a 5ft king bed with reading lights, a dressing table, stool, double wardrobe with drawers and shelves, plus a small ensuite with toilet and basin. The twin room has 2ft 3ins wide beds and a double wardrobe with drawers. Bedding is included and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. The family shower room has a good sized shower and bathroom towels will be provided. There is central heating throughout, plus double glazing.

You will find a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar on arrival, so you can have that well needed cuppa after your journey!

Next to Needles View is its private parking space, for one car, making unloading and loading easy. Further parking is in the main car park outside reception.

We like to think of Needles View being a home from home and aim to provide everything you might need when self catering, including toiletries, hairdryer, kitchen condiments, cleaning materials etc.

A car is recommended, but there is a bus service and the bus stop is near to the park's main entrance.

Interaction with guest

There is an information folder with all you need to know about the park, the entertainment and places to visit. It also includes user information about the appliances and gives emergency phone numbers. You will also find various leaflets about local attractions. Books, DVDs and family games are provided for any rainy days as well as buckets, spades etc for those sunny summer days.

Perfect. Everything we wanted from our break and more. Perfect caravan, perfect site, friendly staff. Lovely beach. Will be going back.

Had a fantastic stay at Needles View It was immaculate, comfortable and very peaceful. Amazing location, so close to the beach. Loved getting up to the sight and sound of the sea every day. Jill and Richard the owners made me feel so welcome and were always available for any questions I had. Only downside was having to leave. Would love to go back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
