Description

The Coach House is a beautiful gated cottage that's only a stone's throw away from the beach, fabulous restaurants and Mudeford Quay. Everything you need for a perfect home from home holiday. All our properties are well equipped, providing everything for a perfect holiday. There is certainly plenty of places to visit all within easy access via car or public transport. If you want to eat at the property, great, everything is available for you. Alternatively there are plenty of lovely places to treat yourself and eat out to make your holiday a really relaxing and memorable one!

Need more space for other family members? We have two more properties; Quay Reach House (sleeps 4 people) and Quay Reach Cottage (sleeps 2 people). These properties can be used as interconnecting enabling you to bring your extended family along too!

Thank you for a Brilliant stay at the Coach House Mudiford.We had a lovely time in your property, well presented and Lovely personal touches of fresh flowers & milk. A great base to explore surrounding areas and weather was perfect. We would definately come back again in the near future. Lyn.

A excellent property in a good location to explore the area around Christchurch. It is within walking distance of the beach and quay. There are a couple of restaurants within a 10 minute walk (Would recommend the Noisy Lobster at Avon Beach), although during our visit one of them was closed for refurbishment. There are plenty of other eating options a short drive away, and supermarkets nearby if you want to use the excellent kitchen facilities and eat in. A car is essential and the cottage has its own space within a gated courtyard area. If we had any issues with the property it was the lack of access to the internet. Like most people these days we tend to use our phones to research places to visit and eat. This proved to be almost impossible with the erratic 4G and 3G signal, and no WiFi at the property. One we will be booking again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vikki (the owner) a message.

If Vikki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
