Description

We have 3 properties overall in Mudeford Quay areas -The Coach House, Quay Reach House and Quay Reach Cottage.

Quay Reach House and Cottage can be used separately or combined and therefore can accommodate between 2 - 6 persons. Both benefit from lovely gardens.

All our properties are set in the picturesque Mudeford Quay - and all within a 5 minute walk to the beach.

“Well equipped house in good location.”

This is a lovely property in a quiet location but walking distance to harbour, beach, river, restaurants and a small shop. It is very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Small enclosed garden at rear and good off street parking.

“Comfortable spotless a seaside home from home”

Clean fresh and comfortable. Well equipped, good quality furnishings and linens. Well located for a beach or sightseeing break. Within walking distance of sand and sea. Plenty of places for eating and drinking nearby.

“Great location and beautifully presented”

Quay cottage was a real find. Spotlessly clean and good quality equipment. After travelling all day the milk, tea and Wine was a lovely touch. Very comfortable beds and fantastic shower. Garden had a good sized table and lots of room for drying washing etc. Really quiet with no road noise at all. My boys love crabbing and Mudeford was a perfect location, Local shop just 10 mins walk away sells milk etc together with an excellent pharmacy next to it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vikki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
