From the owner

Lovely 2 bedroom garden apartment to rent, about 3km from Paphos Harbour, and only 900m from the sea. This is my planned retirement apartment, so is furnished and decorated as my second home. A few rentals a year will help pay the ongoing bills!

Main bedroom has a fabulous 4-poster bed, with a large double bed(not a king size, but a larger than normal double) and plenty of cupboard space. I have my clothes etc here, locked away in a wardrobe, but there is still plenty of wardrobe space. A patio door leads on to breakfast patio, and small pebbled garden. 2 sunbeds are available for use here. There is also a large patio table, 4 chairs, and a large parasol.

Second bedroom has 2 single beds, and, again, plenty of wardrobe space.

Fully air-conditioned, fitted kitchen area (fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave etc)

There is a wifi router installed, and if wifi is needed, then this can be activated and paid for separately when guests arrive.At the moment it is around €11 a week. The wifi will allow for guests to watch TV via a firestick or similar device, which they may want to bring with them.

There is also a Panasonic CD/RADIO player, that can take an I-pod link so you can plug in your I-pod etc.

Plenty of towels, bedding etc all in apartment, so no need to carry that extra luggage. Beach towels are also provided, as are all necessary cleaning products.

2 communal pools, plus a children's pool, set in lovely gardens, and close to bus route local tavernas and a big LIDL supermarket!

The apartment is only 20-30 minutes drive from Paphos airport and collection can be arranged.

The setting is very quiet, but only a few minutes from bus stop that takes you into town.

This property would be ideal for couple who maybe want a quiet and relaxing break, or families who want a base to explore the many ancient sites around Paphos. Not a lot happening very locally, so don/t expect a lot of nightlife. However, there are numerous bars with pool, karaoke, live sport etc, all within a round 15 minute walk.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
